This was our second time to this restaurant. It is nice inside, but rather loud. Our first time was absolutely terrific. This time we felt the paella wasn't quite as good and the same for another item or two we ordered. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't really, really good. Service was OK, just not great. Unfortunately, it was a cut below what we hoped for and expected, particularly since we were with two good friends who have just moved to Denver.
An outstanding, romantic facility. On a Tuesday evening visit, the place was busy, but not overly so. Our table was right next to a cozy fireplace. The service was exquisite, as was the food. It was my wife's birthday & our first visit. The manager greeted us & checked on us several times. The waitstaff was extremely attentive. Food at Ambli DTC is very good! Lunch menu offers several delicious options. The restaurant interior design is warm and welcoming. The staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating. Try it, you're like it!
