Second time ordering here and my 3 kids ice creams were all different sizes. One valley had any, one had a little bit more and the last one was filled up to the top, only one had a cherry. I thought I’d give them another try but it was a fail.

Amazing flavors and good taste. My only issue is the extra sweetness, it almost killed the taste for me. But I guess it's a problem with all American ice cream and cake, they are always too sweet

This place is great. Friendly staff and the wait times we’ve had even with a long line is minimal. The Andys Split with Bordeaux cherries substituted for the strawberries is the way to go!!

Ordered 3 items. Could not get a single one of them right ordered a large concrete with hot fudge extra marshmallow and pecans and was given a marshmallow concrete. Ordered a large sundae was given a small and then ordered one of their new limeades with Custard in it with no cherry and were given and all cherry liquid in a glass with nothing else. And this was after telling us that they couldn't make certain items on the menu because they didn't know how. Absolutely pathetic. The location in Aurora off of Quincy is beautiful this one is a joke
Best place for custard ever!!! Carter, Christine, Jesus, Michelle, Romare, Erissa and the rest of the guys there know their stuff. They are very friendly and are willing to answer any questions about their menu. They also have a seasonal menu that changes throughout the year and has limited timed flavors. Right now is key lime pie and peach dream. If you're in the area make sure to stop but and grab some.
