What a great meal!. I was staying a friend's apartment for a night in an area of Denver that I've never been. I google searched some restaurants and found this one with a 4.6 star rating. I tell you what, it's truly a five star dining experience. Ian behind the bar must have served over 20 people at the bar while pouring drinks for the restaurant and at no time was I neglected or dismissed. The service is incredible. The food was so flavorful and the serving size was perfect. I had a Caesar salad and the best butternut squash ravioli I've ever had! Honestly. And what was the best part was they offer a single cannoli for two bucks that wrapped up the dinner so perfectly without overfilling and just made it a wonderful end to a great meal. I will drive out of my way to make it here again. Thank you so much.

It's been probably over 10 years since I've been to Angelo's. I probably won't visit again for another 10.
We put our names down for a table of 2. We were told they would text us when our table was ready and it would be about 20 minutes. I waited outside for 30 minutes and then went back in to ask where we were in line. I was told they tried texting me 20 minutes ago. No text ever came through, and they never went outside to check. Oh well, we finally get seated out back on the patio.
I got the oysters and the clams with linguini. The oysters are small, even for happy hour prices. Also they haven't been cut from the foot. Weird.
The clams with linguini had small clams and the linguini was very subpar. Another friend tried the pasta and agreed it wasn't good.
Oh and there's an additional 3.5% surcharge added to all checks. Why not just increase menu prices?
Oh well - so long as other people seem to be happy with it.

Absolutely recommend eating here! Our waitress Sierra was always checking in on us and was extremely helpful with questions about the menu.
The high quality food paired with a fun, casual environment was refreshing and a great dining experience for myself and my friends.

What a great restaurant! Getting in is the hardest part though so be forewarned... The aren't many seats at the bar or room to stand around with a drink while you're waiting for a table. Once you're seated though, you're good to go!

Meh. The burrata and muscles appetizers were good. All the pasta dinners were nothing special and there were three of us. The French onion soup was absolutely horrid. And the Italian bean soup had a great flavor but the beans were hard. Service was okay. Place needs updated badly. Seats are very uncomfortable and they are very worn. Sorry we didn't try a pizza instead. Probably won't go back and would not recommend

I have been looking for a good Italian spot in my area and finally found it! The building was lovely and my party loved every dish we had. I had a great first experience trying oysters with their chargrilled option! And the mushroom agnolotti was fantastic! I will definitely be making a second visit.

I love Angelo’s Taverna. The Denver and Littleton location are equally both fabulous.
I’ve been a patron for years and each visit always executes amazing food and service. The Bolognese and lobster gnocchi are the BEST!
