This is a neat little café, you get good portions for the price of food. The drinks are what will rack your bill up. The service was good and quick the young gentleman was nice. The patio is great to sit out on and people watch right off of Colfax in the heart of Denver. The food was hot and they do have a small collection of hot sauce. The parking lot is small but there are lots of street parking. Large menu to choose from.

Very disappointing experience here unfortunately! The customer service was not great and not to mention, a wad of hair was on my plate. I let our waiter know about the hair and she seemed less then concerned. Love the old school look the restaurant has but would I recommend? Not at the moment

We like Annie's, but it is very expensive once you add drinks and a side... after tip, very easy to blow nearly a hundred bucks on breakfast for 2 or 3 people here. Some things on the menu are hit or miss, but a few things are just awful. Ordered a Monte Cristo that came to the table greasy and cold. Was told "We make our hollandaise sauce fresh daily" but the sauce on my Irish Benedict was so congealed it had a literal skin on it and had obviously been sitting in their cooler all week. Their T-Bird with french toast and hash is a good breakfast choice though and we recommend their bacon bloody mary (no ice). For lunch, we usually get the kettle stack to start, followed by tuna melts with onion rings... that is always a safe bet. Their Philly French Dip is alright, depending on who's in the kitchen. Ordered a $15 "Reuben" once and it only had 2 slices of corned beef on it... really??? Their burgers are alright, but far from great. This is a good place to show up with a hangover.

Ordered Irish Eggs Benedict and it was amazing. I wanted to take a picture of the plate but I ate it all already !! This is a very nice place and I feel lucky to have found it. This is a place I will definitely be coming back to

Aton and Roman take the experience from pleasant to excellent and inviting. We time our visit to when Aton is working whenever possible.
They can do breakfast, but how hard is breakfast? Hell, Denny's can do breakfast. I mean, Waffle House can do breakfast. What they can't do is French Dip. Overcooked, dry beef and very watery au jus. Good roll, but I doubt they bake their own bread. Told the waitress afterwards about it, to which she replied I should have told her so she could have the kitchen make me another. Which is nice, but I never do that. I mean, am I going to sit there and wait while my friend eats his meal, and then have him wait while I eat mine? Is the cook going to suddenly get better at cooking? It's a silly suggestion. If you really want to make good, just take it off the bill. If I owned the joint, the staff would know to do that, I dare say. We were excited that they had a Chocolate Soda. Until we got it. Actually, it ended up not being too bad, but we had to stir the ingredients ourselves. If you order one, just be prepared to do some food prep. Soup, mediocre. Sandwich, meh. I get the feeling this place is just mailing it in, existing purely on momentum. I know Denver has a nostalgia for this place, and while it's not wretched, it's far from special, and maybe not even good. Not sure, really. I'm sure, like anywhere, some items are better than others. Maybe the meatloaf is out of this world. But their French Dip is truly sad. If you can't do the item right, don't serve it up.

This place is good. Great ambiance with a classic diner feel! Good food and they serve supper. Pie is phenomenal here. The only thing I wish is that the seating were comfortable. I will come back again and again for sure! Breakfast all day and yummy coffee drinks can't be beat.

This is the spot I go to for inclusivity for brunch specials!! I am extremely grateful for the service I was provided when I was we in a rush to get to work! This is where I will go when I need to quickly sit at the bar and eat a meal before a long day of fun! The drink specials are amazing, the energy is loud and happy, and the people are simply there to make your time the best.... did I mention the lunch boxes on the wall and the old school candy?!?!

First time here and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The inside is nicely done and the old lunch boxes and posters on the wall are cool. We really liked looking at the old East high school photos. The food is good. Well done versions of food that you may have grown up with. The service was also good. Definitely a place we will go back to. Just a solid restaurant overall.
