The restaurant had a off smell and cops were questioning someone in the restaurant. The parking lot was extremely small and required customers to park off site. Didn't feel the safest of areas.

I'm very slow to comment but this time I'm going to do it because I see that I'm not the only one. My cousin and I were frequent customers. One day while waiting for the food we saw a mouse come across right in the corner outside the bathroom and well we let it go overlooked and it came back and this time there was a cockroach on my table. I killed it and took it to the cashier and she insisted that the cockroach wasn't from there. The food is very tasty and it's worth mentioning but a mouse and a cockroach is already very bad hygiene

What a bad meal, we waited about an hour to receive only three dishes and there were only 3 people in the restaurant, the chicken arrived, we were left, the ingredients were not correct, the ketchup had been expired since December 5, 2024 and I was half upset , bad service, cooks lack more experience to be able to do their job correctly and so that customers can be happy with what they consume and not in a bad mood with food that is not well cooked, burnt and expired

Food tasted ok, presentation could be better. The prices on their menu varias a lot, my overall check was $20 higher than what was on the menu. Service was poor, slow and ambient was about hearing a youtube song playing and then an ad every 4min. But what was worst, is that a cockroach was walking in the main room, just a table from mine. The hygiene of the place is evidently poor. Im surprised they haven’t gotten any health violations yet, judging by the amount of reviews about pest roaming at the place. Reason mainly of my 1 star review.

It's rubbish, the chicken with slices, they leave it poorly cooked, they leave it with a roll inside, it's disgusting.

Great pupusas and fresh waters for a great price

I just had one of the most horrible experiences in a restaurant.
I just went for lunch with my coworkers. They had just brought the food to the table when we saw a rat walking across the restaurant floor.
When we called the manager she took a mocking attitude towards us, we had barely started eating.
I think they should be more careful with these insiders since they are a great source of infection.
And above all, improve customer service, at least we deserved that they validated our experience and on the contrary they insinuated that we were lying, when it was a group of 3 people who experienced it.
It would be good if you evaluated before arriving at this place.

It has been a very bad experience since we saw a mouse that was walking in the things and the person in charge did nothing, she even made fun because I don't think they have mice, she is insinuating that we were lying, we didn't even eat and they wanted to give us our money back since we didn't even eat

We were eating, I have been a frequent customer and I didn't like that a mouse came out and we told the waitress and she laughed. I believe that we lied and she didn't apologize to us. We should take this into account because it is important to maintain hygiene to avoid community diseases and they did not want to return our money! Since my colleagues paid before eating!

The Salvadoran food was very delicious and the waitress was friendly. Of course I will return here.

The food here is really authentic. Do not recommend the agua de marañon (cashew fruit) since it was not good at all. It had lots of pulp and after I told the waitress, she said she would give me another drink but would still charge for the drink I did not like plus the other drink. So I ended up getting water. Service could improve.

Totally recommend the tamales de elote (sweet corn tamales). They were the best I have had in a while. Also the yucca and the pupusas. We will for sure be back!
