Got there for late dinner just before the live music started. Got the stuffed chicken breast. It was okay. Not really seasoned and had very little goat cheese stuffing. Others in my party got salads with grilled salmon and they really enjoyed them. Service was fantastic! Place was hopping by time we left.

The food was great. The NY strip was cooked perfect. It was flavorful. The fries we order with it were also great. Good crisp and perfectly salted. The bison burger was good. It was cooked to order and had decent flavor. The atmosphere was a little darker that I would have preferred. However it is also a bar and it was 7pm when we ate there. So that is to be expected. I would recommend it and I would go back.

I was on my way to another place but I was starving when I stopped to look at the menu. The green chile bison burger pulled me in but is it heresy to say the truffle froiws with scratch ranch and ketchup as well as the sweet chili brussel sprouts were even more satisfying? Seriously, if you are in downtown Denver near the convention center, you should eat here. Full stop.
