Had an absolute amazing breakfast ! The food was great and the ambiance was lovely. We shared a burrito and skillet and tried the pumpkin French toast which was to die for!! Our server McKenzie was awesome. He was super friendly and took good care of us and he was also just adorable. 12/10 recommend!

Let me start off by saying the food and drinks are incredible at this restaurant. Great wine list and very creative drinks. Our server, Linda, was awful though. I’m usually pretty forgiving to people in the service industry, but I had to post a review because this level of service was noteworthy. Her service was very slow and we witnessed her being rude and outright mean to her coworkers. My friend who I was with had a dairy allergy and while we told her this, she just outright ignored it and the burger came with cheese still. We will definitely come back because the food is terrific, but we’ll make sure to request a different server next time.

Service is terrible, extremely passive aggressive.
I got takeout and the bartender helped take my order and make the drinks. She was extremely passive aggressive. I saw a dessert menu and tried to ask about that and she was so dismissive and rude about it. Apparently for brunch they don’t have a dessert menu, which is fine but they didn’t need to be rude about it. The restaurant was empty for brunch, she told me the food would take 15-20 min so I waited in the lobby, but she didn’t pack it up until 30 minutes later. I opened up the package not even five minutes later and the food was cold? Did she just wait until the food was cold to bring it out?

Food itself was delicious, breakfast potatoes are quite good, french toast is soft.

My family has a tradition of reserving dining, and using our thanksgiving dinner feast to plan our Christmas shopping lists for the family. We have never dined at Apple Blossom, we saw their menu, and figured great option. In advance I messaged the staff to verify that children could dine (no pre-fix options for kids were listed) I was told of course, and AGAIN confirmed upon arrival that my two children (9 and 12) could “split” the adult meal for a fee. Our meal was….. ok…. But the portions for a $70 per person meal were small and two servings of the opener carrots were cold. I was 4-5 bites into my soup starter when the waitress tried to take it, and when I informed her I wasn’t don’t, she scoffed that the main course was ready (swear not 7 minutes had passed since the appetizer was served). She also attempted to take a full serving of carrot starters my son didn’t finish but husband was saving to eat with his main course. Turkey was dry…. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were flake package potatoes. Steak was cooked well. Desert pumpkin cheesecake was great, chocolate pudding was ok. When the bill arrived and we were charged for 4 full
Price adult meals AND an un-disclosed “kitchen fee” and gratuity (for a party of 4) I was caught off guard but asked the waitress to clarify to which she stated “ I asked, my manager said since your children has individual deserts and carrot appetizers (three small roasted carrots per child) and split an entree we were subject to the full adult pricing….” The manager came over and confirmed, they would not honor the previously discussed “split pricing” of one adult meal because of their service error. Needless to say, $375 plus tip later we will never return and I will be very vocal about my frustration. So disappointing.

I just attended a drag brunch after winning a meal and drinks for two on Instagram, which was honestly the highlight of the afternoon. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill after our arrival. It was clear from the beginning that there had been a significant miscommunication, as no one on staff seemed aware that we were supposed to be there. This made for a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming start.

The team seemed disorganized, and we could sense a lack of coordination throughout the entire brunch. One of the managers, who appeared overwhelmed, called me “lady,” which I corrected. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, the manager seemed visibly offended by my correction, which added to the awkwardness. It didn’t get better from there.

Service was incredibly slow. It appeared there was only one server for the entire brunch, and she was openly venting to other patrons about how slow the bar was. It was clear the staff was struggling due to being short-handed. What surprised me most was that the general manager was sitting at the media table, socializing with friends instead of stepping in to support his visibly struggling staff.

After about 45 minutes, we were informed they had no record of our reservation but would comp our meal. While we considered leaving, we decided to stay because free food 🤷🏻 My friend enjoyed her cucumber sake drink, but I hated my espresso old fashioned. However, the brunch food—eggs Benedict and shakshuka—was quite good. Unfortunately, service continued to deteriorate as the meal went on. My friend’s second round of the same drink tasted completely different, which echoed what another table mentioned about inconsistent drinks. Service slowed to the point where our empty plates sat untouched for an extended period while other tables were being attended to. It took about an hour to finally be offered a drink which we declined.

Despite these issues, the drag queens were phenomenal, delivering an amazing performance despite technical difficulties with no help from the staff. It’s a shame that the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the energy they brought to the show.

Overall, the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time, which was disappointing considering how much potential this drag show had. I hope they can improve their organization and communication for future events because the performers deserve much better support.

Terrible service came downstairs to get a drink we a vouchers for free drinks but there was only one employee working and she was less than nice. It's my wife's 40th birthday and we were trying to celebrate but she saw the vouchers when we asked about house drinks and blew us off. We planed on ordering more than one drink maybe even closing it down but instead we just ordered cappuccinos. She made the point to tell another employee she didn't want to make anymore free coffees. Thanks for giving us such a bad service for was going great until this experience definitely put a damper on our mood!

If you’re staying at Hyatt Centric, grab a breakfast burrito downstairs at Apple Blossom.

Room charge it on your way out. Does a body right.

The avacado toast was AMAZING!!! Would eat here again just for that! The potatoes were different but very good, almost like a baked potatoe that was then air fried! Yummy!

Both plates of food were alright( shrimp and the buratta)- nothing much to complain but nothing great either. The server we had wasn’t truly helpful and didn’t feel like it was worth it to eat there.

Staying at the adjacent hotel I have eaten here 3 times over the past year. Long waits for food, indifferent service. Unlikely to return.
