Made a 12p reservation. Got a call that morning asking me to move it up to 11:30a because of a staff meeting. Waiter was great, food was solid. If you're going to be open for lunch, just weird to have a staff meeting at "prime time".

The staff here are obviously forced to work here, as they hate people with distain. There is a queue of people waiting to be served, but it takes even longer to catch the eye of anyone working here after being seated. I write this after waiting 10 minutes to close out. The staff never have a smile and just categorically hate people.
This is my second stay at the Hyatt Centric and both times food/drink have been amazing. I love the N/A drinks. My husband ordered the Chai Old Fashion… the flavors are perfect! Highly recommend. Our Server MJ was very polite 🥰 will definitely be returning.

The yogurt parfait was a perfect breakfast for me! Generous amount of yogurt (unsweetened) with fruit and granola. Nothing was overly sweet which I appreciated.
My only initial disappointment was brewed decaf was not available but a decaf americano was the same price, quite tasty AND I was given a free refill for the road!
Our server who also was making coffee drinks at the bar, was super prompt and gracious!
For us, a great place to grab breakfast as we are also guests in the hotel. Well done!

My friend and I are in town for the week and this was our first meal after landing. We started with bread service and Brussels sprouts, 10/10! I had the chicken Caesar salad sandwich and it was delicious! The fries are everything a fri should be, I literally ate half the plate of fries before even touching the sandwich 😆. We finished our meal with the brownie and carrot cake! MJ was our server and she was phenomenal! We will be back!

My friend and I stumbled upon this rare jewel in the heart of downtown Denver. I highly recommend the Brussels Sprouts and the Bread Service. Both were supurb! I was stuffed before I received my burger, but I was not disappointed. Now on to dessert. The carrot cake is rich and creamy - not traditional at all. I also tasted the brownie and it was to live for. MJ, our server, was perfection. Appleblossom, I will be back.

This restaurant is touted as "Farm to Table." I seriously doubt that - our fries started frozen in a bag. The food was decent, but they didn't have the one item on the menu we really wanted - startling as the place was empty. Located inside of a hotel, the ambience is sterile and unwelcoming. There was one server on duty who was also the bartender, though she did manage to check on us a couple of times. I would highly not recommend Apple Blossom downtown Denver.
