So....my family and I went for my Dad's birthday. We were sitting in the Water room, enjoying our meal....but then a bug crawled on me. My dad got under the table to check it out, and we saw at least 4 plus very large bugs, and 2 squished on the rocks from people before. Our waitresses was amazing she got under the table and inspected it and immediately moved us to another table.Then the Manger's came over one was very nice (and told us that they had bugs down there before.....a month ago?) the other was very rude and disrespectful, to me, my father and everyone. They told us that we could get 1 dessert for free after everything we went through ?. And on top of that we are Members of the Aquarium!!!!! After everything we had to go through, we finally got our meal paid for. I still feel bad for the people sitting next to us they never moved them to another table.It's very hard to write this report because, I truly do love the Aquarium but situations like this should never happen and if they do, it should be taken care of in a appropriate manner.Over all im very mad and thought of fileing a heath code violation report.PLEASE ? if you are ever ever ever sitting in the Water Room (a room aside of the main dining area or even if your arent) ALWAYS CHECK UNDER YOUR TABLE!!!!!Date this happened: 4/7/24

This place is not far off from the entire rest of the aquarium as far as staff engagement and competency. The food is extremely over priced which is fine for the experience if you had even sub par service. This place is truly a waste of time and money..

Worst sirloin I’ve ever had. 0 seasoning and for $40 a plate I expected better. Coconut shrimp was great. Kids pizza was awful. Drinks were awesome. View was amazing ! Which is what you pay for. Probably getting appetizers next time with a drink ?

I used to take my son here on his birthday and it was great. The food was great. The service was great, and there were mermaids. I took my grandson here for his birthday on April 5. The service was so bad we were left unattended for about 30 minutes. When the food finally came, the fish and chips were mushy, the fish tacos were mushy. They never brought out the clam chowder we ordered, they just forgot. Although we said numerous times we would like the birthday cupcake for my grandson she never brought it out until we actually got up and left because we got tired of waiting. This place is so ghetto now not worth the trip. The aquarium was super crowded. Overall, it was a waste of time and money, do not bother with this restaurant it's overpriced and the food is disgusting.

What in the world happened to this restaurant? It took 25 minutes for our drinks to come out. My son ordered chicken tender, how can you get those wrong? Impossible? Wrong, they managed to make them so disgusting the manager even agreed. But still charged us. Super strange, unprofessional experience. We used to LOVE this pace.

Special Eater Brunch at the Aquarium Restaurant. The underwater immersive ambience was perfect for the occasion. The service was attentive and swift. The food selection was not as diverse and elaborate as other Landry restaurants, probably as it was more kid and family oriented. Overall good for family outing, especially right before or after a visit to the aquarium above.

We came here strictly because they had happy hour at the bar. We got some seats at the bar and ordered some martinis which were $4 each.I had two and they were pretty strong and good. Shoutout to our bartender Cheyanna. Who knew getting tipsy at the aquarium was a thing lol. Definitely will come back when in Denver again.

Go there for the fish (in aquarium) and not the plate. The bacon wrapped shrimp was amazing and totally worth it along with the bread. The rest was just mid. If your hungry sure but better to plan around it. Omg the size of the cheese sticks would make Texas proud, never seen larger and you get 12! Crazy!
Fish tank was awesome. Service was just fine. Food was alright. Also the waitress didn't put in one of our dinners correctly and we had to wait an extra 10ish minutes for it to come.

Only go to this restaurant for the mermaids. The food is way overpriced for the quality and the drinks were only okay. The kid's enjoyed their food. The mermaids are great but unfortunately they don't perform in the entire tank, only from the "main" tank area so it's hard for some kids to get to watch because obviously all the other children crowd around the tank. It would be nice if parents were more aware that some kids can't see and they should step aside to let the little ones have a chance to watch the mermaid performance.All in all, the food sucks but mermaids are fun. Maybe just grab an appetizer and drink to watch the mermaids.
