When I arrived the app requested I buy something to get the free food. So I did.The app did not process the free sandwich and the manager was not willing to make it right.I asked if they would refund the item I bought because I don't want it. They said no.So I threw it away & made the half hour drive back home empty handed.Last week taco bell put half a tbsp of ingredients on my large taco.This is why people do not go out to eat in Denver. The food is not good. Over priced. The amount is tiny. Staff are not friendly.I'll probably try eating out again in a half yr just to be reminded why I cook at home

No WiFi, you have to get a code for the toilet, and there is no place to hang up your coat in the rest room and they have got rid of their senior drink. Their drive through intercom is so distorted you can't understand them, or you. They said they needed one dollar bills, so I gave them 11, but they didn't even thank me. They didn't cut my sandwich all the way through, so I had to tear it. The mint shake doesn't have chocolate sprinkles on it any more.Lemonade was terrible. The worse I have had. Usually Arby's is great. I will never go to this location again. I hope other locations don't get as bad as this location.
RUDE STAFFOn 3/20/24 at around 2:30pm I went to the Arby's off 44th and Sheridan. I order 2 fish sandwiches at the drive through. for some reason the person on the other end wasn't hearing what I said. I went to the window to pay and grab the sandwiches, she said $13 something, I said I order 2 fish sandwiches they are $6. I hear her saying I should open my mouth and talk to the other person. then she proceed to give me my card and the food and slam the the drive through window in my face. and yes I gave her the middle finger. we have been going to this Arby's for awhile didn't have any issue until now. these 2 girls was very rude, I know you probably hate your job working in fast food. Honestly I don't even think the 2 of you deserve to deal with customers. so rude, I hope they get rid of both of you. worst service ever. I am going to email corporate about this. I live just down the road and have been here many times with no issues. I will never support this business anymore.

Ordered thru Uber Eats...1/2 lb Beef 'n' Cheddar combo with Large Mello Yello, 1 apple turnover, 1 cherry turnover. Sandwich was a complete mess...all the meat fell off when picked up, most of the red ranch sauce was on the bottom of the box and bun (soaked thru), literally had to eat with a fork. Understand they can be a bit messy, but this was too much...never had one instantly fall apart. Mello Yello was extremely watered down. DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER THE CHERRY OR APPLE TURNOVER! VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
