I was just there today July 22nd 2025 around 6:00 I stop by I ordered a cheese steak special with fries and a Coke $13.20 total , I must say I've been to restaurants before what I did not like the food or the service but I never fail like I got ripped off as I did today , they give me like 20 fries seriously I got like a total of 20 fries and something that look like a bun with some meat I guess it look like me but it was so little I couldn't tell , there's no wonder why all these Arby's are going out of business can't keep people coming back if you're going to serve the little of a portions I really wanted to ask for my money back but I just took it like a man I guess and left very disappointed I never will ever go back to this place

Standard Arby's. The pulled pork sandwich was great. It comes dry, but comes with a sizeable packet of sweet or spicy barbecue sauce which allows you to control how much to use. The sweet sauce is flavorful and worked well on a hot day.
Service at the drive-through window was very good. It was fast and friendly and the woman spoke clearly. The shop itself looked abandoned. There were no other cars when I was there.
Obviously, there would have been no problem parking had I chosen to go in.

When we called the man who picked up was the most genuine and kind man I have ever talked to over the phone. I would gladly call just to talk to him (if it didn't interrupt his time while working). I was calling because I was wondering if they served chicken strips, he answered in the kindest voice possible. Great customer service, would definitely call again. 5/5 stars

The guy at the windows was pretty great. You could tell he was almost done for the day and hadn't had a lot of customers and it looked like he had the place all cleaned for the night and then bam, we pull up in the drive through to make an order. He didn't make us feel like we shouldn't be there or that we should go else where. He was totally cool and made all of our food to order and when it came out it was hot and fresh. Best deciaion on fast food meal for the win. Give that guy a raise he rocked. Wish I would have gotten his name to give a better shout out but I didn't. Wednesday night drive through guy, you rocked!!!

Food was a bit less yummy than typical, service was fully up to speed. Store cleanliness was poor, restrooms were TERRIBLE. Probably won’t go there again anytime in the next 5 years.

So this location was quick seemed fairly busy so the food should be coming out pretty fresh right but I got the exact opposite of that sandwich tastes like it was kind of cold? The meat was dry like I never really experienced any other Arby's before but the meat had like these clumps of one I thought was maybe fat or something but the others were like hard chunks of me kind of grossed me out I didn't finish the sandwich . Wherever you go no matter where it is where You can only be as good as the people who work there. You have a good team you'll get the best of what they can offer with what they have to work with. In this case it just felt like the team didn't care and every thing they need to make a satisfactory meal just don't care enough to do so that's this location

So I ordered off Uber eats tonight, usually it’s hit or miss…but when I tell you this place hooks it up they HOOK IT UPPP, was so happy to have a hot fresh meal, with TONS OF BACON on my sandwich (which I love) and they gave me a ton of coupons? Give these night shift workers a raise👌🏻

I was doing my business in the lady’s restroom and this younger smaller women pinned me against the wall and was tell me she want to give me the “Hawk Tuah”, I wasn’t sure what this meant and then my younger son informed me, I call the restaurant and they hung up. horrendous customer service!😠🤬🥺
