Wheelchair accessibility: The doors to this Arby's aren't automatic which makes them hard to open. An employee was very nice and did bring our food to the table so that I didn't have to balance the tray on my lap.
I WILL NEVER EAT ARBY’S AGAIN! I had lunch, drive through, Rueben. I’m pretty sure the dressing went bad because by 4:00, I had cramps, and the runs. By 7:00, projectile vomiting and sweats. NOT GOOD getting a touch of food poisoning. Maybe it was the beef, not sure, but it was the only food I ate after breakfast.

Went in yesterday at 4:30 approximately to get a sandwich, I was the only customer in the store I waited about 5 min I could hear. Workers in the back, I could see one guy dancing, I just left I figured they wouldn’t wash their hands. I don’t understand.

I have never had 'bad' Arby's for well over 30 years, until tonight. Seriously, try to take some pride in your jobs. I arrived at 11:35, went through drive-thru (they are open until midnight). Ordered a Double Beef and Cheddar combo, asked for crinkle cut fries, got curly, the sandwich was only partially edible, half of the bun was rock hard/stale, it was disgusting. The guy who took my order clearly wanted to go home, never made eye contact, wasn't friendly.. As soon as I pulled away (roughly 11:40ish), they turned off all the lights well before midnight. As a consumer, I shouldn't have to worry about if the food will be good or bad just because it's almost closing time. Why can't you make consistently good food during business hours? Just make the food as if you are making it for yourself to eat, that's all I ask. Someone built that sandwich and knew what the bun felt like. Unacceptable.
