I had the 9 piece steak nugget meal. It came with curly fries and I chose a sweet tea to wash it down. I also ordered a 5 piece jalapeño cheese bites. The first thing I ate was the fries. They were over cooked. The steak bites looked bad, but actually tasted pretty good. The jalapeños were good. The tea was surprisingly good too.

Worst service I've ever received at an Arby's. The clerk was rude and dismissive. Didn't wait for answers before slamming the window shut and just giving us something we didn't want (replacement soda since they were out of what we wanted!) Out of multiple things without any conversations or apologoes. Food took forever and they don't have dedicated parking spaces to wait. By the time we got our food, the fries were hot but the chicken was not.

I want to report that there are three young women working in this establishment at 18408, a brunette with black and blue hair, another young woman, and a young man in the kitchen. So I came to order my food to deliver to a customer and this young woman threw it at me. What an unpleasant experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THESE WOMEN. They do not respect the delivery men who are only doing our job of delivering the customer's order. I arrived politely, said hello and everything politely. Monday 4:21 PM
