I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years ,running $40 million establishments and would have been privileged to have these gentlemen working for me keep your guys thank you for an awesome experience even in such a short time!

Haven't been to Arby's in years because of a bad memory.... these guys turned that completely around. Clean restaurant, food was good, and the employees are better than I've experienced in fast food since pre pandemic. The guy that took my order was exceptional---I believe his name was Jesus--whatever you're paying that guy it probably isn't enough, if I owned a restaurant I would have offered him a position in service for sure.

Went to this location on Tower Rd and arrived with my mom ( 81 years old with Alzheimers ), who needed to use the restroom that was being cleaned, door wedged open using trash can, obviously 2 stalls because you can clearly see inside, mom needed to go immediately and the lady working the lobby told her to wait while she cleaned one of the stalls, so mom came back obviously needing to go now, not wait, so I approached the cleaning lady and informed her mom needed to go now....not wait, which she could have nicely accommodated her, instead she clearly was upset, even walking over to two others workers to complain that I asked her to let my mom use the restroom, as older people don't have the ability to hold their bowel like younger people.
Secondly, I ordered 2 large crinkle fries and observed the worker dump frozen fries on top of old fries and drop them into the grease....again I asked another girl who took my order for a new basket of fries to be dropped because of what the other girl did, and then they talked about it glancing over as I stood there watching their looks because of my request.
The food was good, but the service regarding my order and my request for my mom, left me thinking there's plenty of room for retraining on working with the elderly and being conscious of their needs in moments that require sensitivity and respect.
As far as cooking and making sure the customer is getting quality, freshness, and not going to end up sick.....frozen food should never be placed on top of old food and dropped into the fryer in an attempt to extend the old fries already old state with frozen, uncooked fries, and especially don't give the customer your looks because you were caught violating simple health codes.
PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES TO TRAIN OR RETRAIN PEOCEDURES THAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WOULD SURELY FROWN UPON!
ALSO DEALING WITH THE ELDERLY AND THEIR NEEDS WOULD BE SOME GOOD TRAINING AS WELL.
The cashier was polite and helpful.....thank you.
Lastly, as always, my concerns are always left regarding establishments that can upgrade entry ways with automatic or push button entry for the people who require it.
New Year 2025 just around the corner, and what better way to show people with disabilities that you appreciate them by making entry into your establishment easy access 😀....FOOD FOR THOUGHT ?

Stopped in the drive through about 230pm on a Sunday afternoon. The lady working was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. Decided to go to sonic next door where the staff actually has great customer service. Will not be going back to this Arby’s.

Terrible, desk clerk would not take a $50 for a twelve meal. I got the whole explanation of how much she has in her drawer at the beginning and it would take half her money. Then get a manager to break it!!!!!
Walked out, no food, they lost the order and my business.!!!
