Very cool vibe. Michael and Wade are super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and will make you a cocktail that fits your pallet perfectly. They also have unique spirits such as Blue Cheese and Beef Jerky that are uniquely accurate without the familiar “bite” from a low quality vodka. I highly recommend this place!

Such an awesome place! We were able to get a tour from one of the amazing owners and learn all about their distilling process. The Gypsum location doesn’t have all the distillates like their Vail location, but the drinks they do have are delicious. Red on the Rocks was my favorite. So happy to have a business like this in Gypsum.

We went to the Gypsum tasting room and it was incredibly disappointing. $13 for a premixed cocktail that tasted like straight grape juice. You are better off going to the other distillery in town!

Try a flight and you will not be disappointed. Smoked gin and vodka really ramp up the taste. The atmosphere was terrific! Brick and glass interior walls were spectacular. Well Done Michael!

Was gonna check it out but its a homeless shelter. I'd avoid it. Two tents out front. Six on side of mural. Trash everywhere. Neglected property. Shouldve just reopened Kittys. Lol.
