Called the store to ask for the offer number required for the awesome Cutwater rebate they’re advertising at the moment. Basically, you buy Cutwater, upload pics of your receipt, and a special “offer number” that the seller has. I know the seller has the number from the official rebate FAQ (see pics). The person who answered the phone was a rude sassy molassy, telling us that she had nothing to do with the promotion, she didn’t know anything about an offer number, and that she couldn’t help us. Womp womp. Subpar customer service. If you’re going to advertise a promotion in store, you should know about it and honor it.

I needed to order a large quantity of wine for a business event with a very short deadline. The staff was wonderful to work with and made sure that I got what I needed and met my very short deadline. They also helped me with my selections, which I greatly appreciated. The service was very personal and I am very grateful.

Whether it's making seasonal suggestions of what kegs to order, or helping us navigate a custom order for our holiday party for over 150 guests, they are patient and take all of the guessing out of each process. Deliveries are punctual and prices are more than fair. Highly recommend!

Place lets their cashiers short you on change when you call about it they say they can’t do anything for 24 hours then they never return your calls or follow up like they said and completely ignore you when you ask them to review the cameras
Better than average selection of craft beer, although they are a bit pricey. Some of the staff were very helpful while the person at the checkout was rude and not helpful.

I stopped in looking for a very specific vintage of a French white wine and after a little bit of digging, of course they had it!

Very large selection, helpful staff. Sign up for emails to get weekly deals. They discount one type or region of wine each week, usually 15% off, sometimes 20%. There is a large walk-in temperature controlled wine room upstairs with large format and some high-end wines. Check the locker cases on the end caps for high-end liquors. They carry Dupont Cider from France!
