The Art Gym is literally heaven on earth for social artists who need a space to work. The staff and community are so friendly, trustworthy, and wonderful. I paint so much better here than at home. They also go above and beyond to support the success of my artwork and my business.

A fantastic place for artists! I had never encountered this concept before, and it's an amazing opportunity for artists seeking a private space while also connecting with like-minded individuals. Cute shared studio, cafe and gallery space.I haven’t rented space here BUT…I’ve been here for…The Cafe (pretty good)Events in the Studio Space (very nice and clean for a large studio)&Shows in the Gallery (very nice)I think this is a great contribution to the Denver art scene.

I had such high hopes for ArtGym as a lapidary studio to continue my work, however after a serious bout with poor communication and seeing the horrendous condition the lapidary equipment was in, I immediately cancelled my membership within the same month of joining. The worst part was when I confronted Vickie, whom I had no idea was the owner of the facility, about her missing my onboarding meeting on the 1st and not following up in a timely manner- she proceeded to throw her employees under the bus and deny responsibility. She gaslit several times in rather appalling ways— it wasn’t until I was cancelling did I learn she is the owner of the facility!! Her staff is GREAT, though otherwise terrified to speak up about what are obvious communication issues with Vickie. I would not feel safe nor comfortable working in the lapidary studio at ArtGym and did not appreciate Vickie’s smug attitude or treatment over very sincere concerns in the facility she is charging over $100 a month to join. Her response to my taking issue over the lapidary equipment being BROKEN, with a post it note attached to the machine and holes in the lapidary wheels, was to say she’s been doing this for 10 years…. Well you can do something poorly and unsafe for 10 years if no one feels comfortable enough to confront you over it! Not to mention I couldn’t use my membership regardless of Vickie as the machines were broken! Zero communication about this to members as Vickie is the sole person in charge of the lapidary studio!!Perhaps she needs to consider hiring a replacement for herself and taking a more friendly role that does not interact with members or staff in a manager capacity directly.

I can't say enough good things about Art Gym! I wouldn't be able to pursue my jewelry making side hustle without this space. Plus the staff are all wonderful people and the food from the cafe is amazing!
