Can't wait for the new location to open! Hope you are able to get everything upnand running soon, cause these are the best dang burritos I have ever had. I make a trip down to Denver maybe once a month from summit county and love getting the chance to enjoy some of your food. Also for all the haters giving 1 stars for him not being open, come on. I'm sure he has a lot going on right now. How about you rate the actual food he has served, or just be patient and rate it once he is open.

Still closed even though the lights are on and the sign says opening August 2nd. There are also billboards all over the area now for a place that never opened. At least just update your website or something with information.

Yup… sign said opening Aug2, then Aug 4, now it’s aug 7th and still closed. I swear if you make me drive over there one more time and you’re closed, I’m never coming back. Update your friggin web page with open days and hours already.

Please update this location to show closed. I navigated here I was very disappointed to see it’s not open.

UPDATE: This place is closed. Online ordering on their website, grubhub, ubereats say "not available." Texted the owner and he keeps saying "I'll be opening soon Lord willing." Guess the lord isn't willing because they haven't been open for a long time. It's closed and they put up some awards they won 10 years ago in their window. I wish google would update this listing so people don't waste their time or gas with this place.I guess they opened? a new location? I'm questioning it because the new location is never open and there's a sign that says go to the mall location but that is never open either. Update your google listing to "Closed" and stop wasting everyone's time.

This place is permanently closed. The stand hasn't been open forever, looks empty except for garbage, and online ordering is always "not available"

Simply put - the service was heartwarming and belly filling. They were actually running late and were not open on time because of the weather. We went to both locations in attempt to try their breakfast burritos and ended up at their location on Federal. A lady came out and let us know that he was running late so we put our heads down to figure out where to grab our breakfast. A minute later, they knocked on our window to ask what we wanted and they would make it there, even while they were late!!We got two breakfast burritos with sausage and bacon. When asking for spicy salsa, they gave us a medium take out contained filled with it!Great tortillas and salsa. Not much else to say for the burrito besides I didn’t end up with a leaky foil at the end. Thanks for the breakfast!

I live a block away and have been calling and stopped by a few times only to see this place is ALWAYS CLOSED. You should update your google info so people don’t waste their lunch hour or time coming here.

Editing my previous review.Thank you for the reply. The next time I’m in Colorado I would definitely stop by. Please make sure to update your working hours in Google. I’m pregnant and I was looking forward to having the very delicious breakfast burrito. It says it’s open so I drove to the new location in Federal but it was closed. I tried to call no answer. The burrito is outstanding but as another reviewer stated it’s not reliable that’s I’m giving it one star.

When my husband and I first went to this place downtown we absolutely loved it! Then we found out they were getting an actual restaurant we couldn’t wait until it opened! We went once and of course enjoyed the food. We live in Aurora and within the last week and a half we have attempted to go there three times during normal business hours and they have been closed! It’s getting so frustrated seeing online that they are open and driving all the way to Denver from Aurora to find out they are closed. We would always call the restaurant before going down there but no one ever answers so we just go thinking they’re open. We used to enjoy the food and the service but now it’s like we don’t consider them an option for food. It’s very frustrating to customers and very disappointing!!

Asada Rico has great breakfast burritos but is never open at either location. I live in West Colfax and commute downtown, so when they opened up on Federal I was ecstatic! I could grab breakfast on my way into work. The Federal location woud be more convient. On multiple occasions since they've opened, the door is locked and the restaurant is closed. I hope its just a COVID thing. The owner is sitting on a gold mine.

Moving this to five stars with the expectation that the hours will be more consistent moving foward. Sucks there is a lot of construction on federal right now but make sure to check this place out.
