Not much experience with them directly, but got some of their potato buns from a work picnic. Used them for some brisket and pulled pork, and just now got bored and tried them as bread and butter on the side.
These buns are great, nice and soft and have a great flavor to them. Almost remind me of bigger King's Hawaiian but a bit less sweet. Honestly, it's a shame I don't see a price on their website cause I'd be down to buy more from them in the future.
I tried breads from different places like but never like yours . I bought your breads from restaurant depot & I love it. My customers, my kids, my family, my friends loved it . Everyone tried your breads, they keep asking me where I get from. Thank you for making an amazing bread . It’s truly good bakery . Is it because it is made from real products.
At about 12:00 in the morning me and my wife were heading home on arapahoe rd. A aspen bakery vehicle was speeding and ran a red light at Quebec st. Complete disregard for any laws or safety. This is just a one review from one person but where do you find people like this. Everyone on the road is subjected to this menace. It is obvious they have a don’t care attitude so what are they doing to your product you order? What a joke.
Do yourself a favor a buy the croissants. I’ve never been a croissant kid. I never understood them, typically crumbly, dry, unfulfilling. Then. THEN. I was handed a piece of warm, fluffy gold. The first bite I took made me shed a tear. The shock of instant gratification, the taste of its buttery, perfect dough, I was finally living. Pretty sure I exited my body, watched myself eat the croissant, re-entered my body, and ate it again. I wish I could live in this loop forever, watching and re-eating the perfect morsel, over and over. If I could buy one and use it as a bed, I would. If I could house every meal in one of these pleasant pillows, I would. Seriously, these croissants are damn delightful.
I ordered Aspen Baking Co. Bagels through a 3rd party. They looked tasty in the picture and they sure are. The bagels are a good size, soft, they taste great, and I like the different seeds and such on top. I'm glad I decided to give them a try, I'll be ordering more!
Blueberry muffin with two blueberries. Cranberry muffing with o e cranberry.Stop being cheap with the berries or make o e that doesn’t say berries.
“Great lunch with a friend”“Relaxing”
Product is decent. Logistical nightmare.
I love the blueberry muffins & they have the BEST ciabatta ever!!!
They have a driver driving around in their brand a truck talking on his phone and running stop signs. Extremely dangerous in a reason not to support this company. Fire this driver or keep getting bad reviews

Aspen Baking Company is FANTASTIC! It's awesome to be able to enjoy wholesome bread and pastries, and support a local business. The entire staff genuinely cares about providing quality products at very reasonable prices. The breads are wonderful, the pastries are delicious, the zucchini bread is just like Mom made, and those brownies... to die for!
Great place to work
Great place to work for..
The best pastries in Denver!
Doesn’t even deserve one star! They drop bread on the floor, pick it up & keep going. Don’t pay on time & are rude & can never get them to pick up the phone.
