Excellent ramen

k

you HAVE to get the duck fried rice. not a fan of carrots but omg?!? i had the beef ramen and it was good but i don’t like fat on my beef so I didn’t eat much of it. also they put caramelized onions in my ramen and 😮‍💨 what a game changer. i wish i had more ramen because i finished it in like 10 mins. they definitely will be seeing me AGAIN

The staff was friendly even for an extremely busy Sunday evening. I did a take out order and ordered the spicy vegetarian ramen with shrimp tempura as an appetizer. The ramen was a 5/10. All it had was arugula, cherry tomatoes, tofu and an egg. The broth was decent. Finally, I’m not sure if $7 is fair to charge for 4 little shrimp tempuras, but I might be wrong since I don’t eat out much. The wait time was great, I waited less than 10 minutes for the order. Total I think came to $25 including tip. Seemed like a lot.

A super solid ramen joint - definitely better than I was expecting! It’s not very traditional, but the flavor and depth is definitely there! I’ll be back for sure.

Insanely good ramen spot off colfax. Came here on a snow day, no wait. Super fast service and friendly staff. Had the tonkatsu ramen and spicy tonkatsu ramen. Bao buns were delicious and the thai iced tea was phenomenal. Def will be back!

They were behind on orders, i got my food 20 minutes late and it was undercooked. Chicken fried rice was soaked in chicken broth, chicken was... Maybe cooked, but gave me a stomach ache.

The nachos were amazing!! The ramen was fantastic! I would have liked a tad more meat in the poke, but it was a really good meal! We’d go back for more! We also sat inside which was a bit cramped but very nice! The staff was great!

Ordered the spicy tonkatsu for delivery. It didn't taste the freshest but that partially comes from not eating in. The flavor was still there and they give you a good amount of meat + veggies. As someone who's not from here I didn't expect great ramen from Denver but this still hit the spot.

There was a bug in my food. The kind that happens in your food when it isn’t stored correctly.
There was certainly one or more ingredients which was rancid in my ramen. It tasted quite off.
It was listed as spicy but it was actually a bit sweet.

Vegetarian options: My food was rancid. You should probably avoid.

Me and my sister ordered this tonight for dinner for delivery. She was a little under the weather so figured ramen would help.I got the tonkotsu ramen with yam noodles (gluten free)which I thought was very good but ,I did wish I had ordered it spicy which I ment to but after trying hers I’m glad I didn’t cause when I tried hers which she got the spicy chicken ramen it was way too spicy for me,so we ended up sharing each others broths so we both got 50/50 spice which was perfect spice for the both of us.I do wish the eggs where hard boiled not poached. The the gyoza she got she didn’t like was not flavorful and not worth it I didn’t try it but I did try the sauce it came with cause she couldn’t figure out what it was I thought the sauce was good we also got some Thai iced teas and those are very good I loved it a lot overall we will order again pretty good

Dietary restrictions: Yam noodles are gluten free and I’m gluten sensitive and they didn’t upset my stomach so I was happy
