A great place to catch a bite to eat at the Airport. Who doesn't like a yummy pretzel. But, being an Airport location, the selection is quite limited. But the price is decent for the Airport and it's quick.

Horrible service... How can you be a company that specializes in pretzels, pretzel dogs, pretzel pizzas and tell a customer you only prepare them upon ordering to avoid waste. So who comes to the airier and hangs out for 45 mins because their waiting on a pretze? Make it make sense. Both employees could care less about how stupid they sounded by telling a customer this nonsense

I really like Auntie Anne's pretzels. The location at Denver International is best that I've been too so far. The people that work there provide the best service and every time I've eaten there it has been the freshest, hottest just cooked pretzels. Great job!!

The DIA location is awful. I asked for fresh pretzel as the last time they were stale and dry. I was told "no" and that they had to pull from the back. Was yelled at and disrespected. The manager who said he owns the whole place, didn't ask what happened just yelled at me as well. I was not upset or angry. I was only here to plane spot with my son in which I do every weekend. It is sad that I was a repeat customer but if you can't ask for fresh pretzels, beware you will be scolded at the highest level. I guess at this establishment you get what you get, even paying over $15 for two cold dry pretzels.

DIA website says they open at 6 a.m., Google says they open at 10 a.m.Visited at 6:15 a.m. going to another terminal just to have pretzels. Employees said they open at 7 a.m.Tired of the inaccuracies online. Employees were rude for just ask asking when they open. Pizza hut always on point in Teminal A. Never stray again.

the cashier was very very rude. i went up to the self checkout machine and she yelled at me saying that one doesn’t work and it’s cash only, then continued to give me a dirty look. i simply just walked away. if your visiting atlanta airport, i advise you to not purchase there. i can see why it has so many 1 star reviews.
Easily, 100% the worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. I see why the line was so short.The case had 4 cups of salted pretzel bites and 3 or 4 unsalted pretzels. They had been under the heat lamp so long, they were shriveled up. Ugh. I asked for what I wanted, pretzel dogs for the kids. You know, usually they'll say it will be however long of a wait and they'll have it done. Not at this one -- the girl said that what was in the case was all that was available. That's fine on its face, but the attitude was gross.So then, I asked if they could do cinnamon sugar on the plain ones and apparently they were out of cinnamon and sugar. Again, fine on its face, but the attitude! Damn.All I could do was walk away. And based on the girl's reaction of laughter, she was oblivious as to why. No one wants to pay $25 for some shriveled up, old food, with a side of piss poor attitude.The skinny, younger girl with the wig and baby hairs who was working the register at about 130pm on August 2 needs some serious retraining, or a new job where she isn't customer-facing.

Specifically asked what time they closed, they said 10. I told them I would be back. Came back at 8 and they say they are closed. Real snotty attitude too (8pm July 30th). Posted hours are 9pm. Been stuck in this airport all day (10 hours now). Everyone ed lse has been super suppirtive, hrlpful, and NICE!!!

The young girl at the register (DeShawn M) needs to find a job where she's happy. She's looks and sounds miserable. Maybe a job where she doesn't interact with people would suit her better. I was happy to stop by until I met her.
