Purchased two pretzels, and got to the car only to find out the bottoms were burnt. I went back in and asked for an exchange for something that was less burnt and they refused. They said everything looks like that. I told him I was disappointed, but they didn’t seem to care. Don’t waste your money!!!

Visited here at 6pm. They were very low on stock for regular pretzels and pretzel bites. Ladies were rude amd short. They also didn't have tap pay so very out dated. Needs new staff and update.

Pepperoni pretzel is totally unedited. No way they didn't know it wasn't burnt but must have figured it wouldn't be noticed until we were gone. And that, in fact, was the case. Our 3 year-old was the one that wanted it, and it was not a fair moment of discovery when he took his first bite. Fortunately, the cinnamon pretzel mom ordered was also overbaked, but not so much that we had mutiny on the ship. There is just no way possible they weren't aware.

Tried to buy a snack at 4pm on a Friday and was told, a bit rudely, that they were closed. Really? Hours say open until 8. Super disappointing

Waited in line only to be informed that only one thing off the entire menu is available for sale at the moment. Which was cinnamon sugar pretzels. Didn't want that, was looking for either pretzel nuggets, or hot dog nuggets. None of that was available. So about 10 people including myself walked away.

Staff is always kind and helpful! The line wasn't very long either which was amazing since it was holiday times.
They are delicious! Literally a stop we make every drive to DIA.Pretzel wrapped hotdog dipped in cheese? Yes please! Hahaha.

I liked the aromatic selection of freshly baked pastries and the efficient, somewhat friendly service. This location is at the Final Approach cell phone waiting area food. It is one of the four food court restaurants and shares a spacous, common seating area that offers arrival and departure boards and several TVs, but no background music.
