Store was very dirty and dingy looking. When I arrived, paper towel note was taped to the door saying “closed for ten minutes”. The couple in front of me had already been waiting almost ten minutes so I figured it wouldn’t be long to wait. However it was pretty cold 45° or so, but the bread from the pretzel is the only thing my baby can safely eat right now. I waited with my infant outside about 20 minutes while the girl was just inside working, watching us. I finally knocked on the window and she said five more minutes. So at this point I’ve waited almost 25 minutes, while the couple in front of me waiting longer had already left. When I got inside she just said sorry and took my order. After all that time, my pretzels were the coldest, hardest thing I have ever eaten. In fact, they were inedible so all that waiting for nothing. At that point I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave.

I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant

I am referring to the St George Shopping Center. We bought a cheese with jalapeño hotdog and upon opening it in (in a couple of minutes) we saw the food was burned and having its hard edge to bite… we immediately showed it and explained politely but a rude staff might be the owner or the manager was justifying and saying it was normal and not burned! I was trying to let him understand that this isn’t the way they cooked as i have been their customer for years and reading branch amazingly cooked it… he was arguing and insisting instead of taking it back immediately and exchanged. Until i told him i am not in the mood for any arguments and eventually he offered to exchange which i agreed even though it would take another 10-15mins. However, in spite of me showing patience with his actions still he kept on arguing that it was good and not burned and it may get hard as it was affected by the air… seriously are you implying that i am stupid and doesn’t know how to cook?! And ignorant with such stuff! Again i ask him to just stop and then he decided just to offer a refund saying that maybe the next one i will not like it and it might be burn again… whew!!! He really is indeed needs some customer service training!!!! FULL TERM! So disappointed but salute to the friendly staff of Reading branch… i hope the true owner of AUNTIE ANNES will take this matter into consideration and see how they treat their customers!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time we come here, the food is stale and nasty as if they made one batch in the morning, and let it sit out all day. We took one bite of the pretzels, and immediately threw them out. Food quality is absolutely none existent, and that's when they actually have food to serve in the first place. The majority of the time, they are out of 80% of the menu. Today, they have a handful of cinnamon rolls, and were out of every pretzel except for the cinnamon sugar ones. What's the point of even having a menu if you're not going to have most of the items listed on it? Extremely disappointing.

This store always smells like its employees don’t shower, or they don’t do the dishes often enough. Whatever it is it’s gotta obvious funk

We used to have an Auntie Anne's around us and they closed which made me really sad. I love their pretzels. So everywhere I go and see one, I make a point to go to them. So we went in, the employee scoffed at us, never greeted us. I asked for an original pretzel with salt and cheese. He said he would have to make them, but just stood there and didn't move. I asked about salted pretzel bites, he pointed to what he had and said cinnamon. It was 5:15, he had nothing in the cases except a cinnamon pretzel or so and a couple cinnamon bites. I walked out and won't ever go back in to this location. First location of Auntie Anne's I've ever dealt with this. Usually they are warm atmosphere and friendly staff. This was far from it. Only giving star since you can't select 0.

The staff handled the crowd with professionalism and kept the service efficient.

How do you always fail so hard at making pretzels?? Its 7$ for a cup of buttered bread and you cant make it correctly?? Start hiring denver residents and you may actually get better service. They dont even wash their hands!

I always go in for the cinnamon pretzel bites but the last few times I've been going it's been hard and just underwhelming to say the least ,not at all the quality it used to be

Wanted something quick and easy. Pretzel was dry and a little burnt on the bottom. Tasted okay, but not worth the money I spent. Cashier was a little off, but I think she was just new.

I love Auntie Anne’s pretzels ! This location however is the absolute worst. Most of the time when I go in they are out of pretzels! When they do have them ( like today at 12:00) they had two lonely pretzels. They were stale and cold. The staff is terrible. Inattentive and seems like they couldn’t care less if they have any customers or not. BIG thumbs down to JUST this location. Hope someone from Auntie Annes’s reads this. I would go there a lot more often if it was good. After today’s visit, I won’t be back. I will get my hot pretzel fix at Wetzel’s Pretzels in Cherry Creek Mall, a million times better.
