How disappointing that your staff at Sangters International Airport- Montego Bay Departure lounge have taken the liberty to add a 3$ tip to every transaction. Also stating they only use Debit or Credit as a form of payment. Encourage thier customers NOT to review the charges and just to TAP. Thus, the staff are pocketing hundreds of dollars in Tips daily.

I just wanna know why are they allowed to talk on their personal phone, full blown speaker, and trying to service me at the same time. Like I'm not gonna order while you are having your personal conversation. Hang up the phone first, then tend to me. That was so weird. Can't even concentrate cuz I'm hearing the other person talking too cuz once again ITS ON SPEAKER!!!!!

No place to enjoy the pretzel inside its so small. I wanted a small pretzel bites they only had large and i wish the cheese was warm... but the pretzel its self was good.

The prices are not what is on the digital menu. The girl said they just haven't updated the pricing yet. So expect to pay a few bucks more for whatever you get, including drinks.

The pretzels were not up to par from my past Auntie Anne's experiences.

I love their products, but the last 4 times I drove to the South St. Louis County Mall location at lunch time I found that they have very little "ready to buy product" available and NEVER any hot dog products? I was told that I would have to order, pay for, and wait for 20 minutes to get anything not already available for sale? Add that to a rude person behind the counter, and it is never again for me. Don't waste your time going there. I went to Gus's Pretzels and got more product, for less money, and I got it right away.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Their system is never working, I had a gift card for my birthday and thought I’d treat myself but no of course it’s not working. They’re always rude and not helpful, this location shouldn’t be open.

I've been here 3 separate times hoping to get any pepperoni pretzel and every time they are out and say it's going to take a long time to make. I don't think they actually ever do make them. Upsetting.

Don’t bother ordering online in advance for pick-up. It won’t be ready when the app says — they won’t even start it until you get there — and then they’ll act all bothered that they have to make it when it could have already been done. I guess that’s just the service industry these days!
