Don’t bother ordering online in advance for pick-up. It won’t be ready when the app says — they won’t even start it until you get there — and then they’ll act all bothered that they have to make it when it could have already been done. I guess that’s just the service industry these days!

Terrible store and customer service. I ordered mini hot dogs pretzels and the Indian Guy showed his face of like “dude Im so tired and I do not want to do those now ” and he said the only ones available were the ones on the warmer. What is that? You guys close at 9:00pm and you are not available to prepare the orders at 7:45pm??. That is ridiculous. That is not fair and now I realized why you get all these bad reviews. I came here for nothing, I wasted my time and my ride just to find out that this place is a shame. Zero stars ?????? They never have items and as a plus customer service sucks. ?

I went to Auntie Annes to get a pretzel because today is international pretzel day and the door was locked. They had no pretzels. They were not sold out, they were not making them. They were not working they were doing nothing. They lied to me and told me they were working on a big order.

Please have at least 2 people working the same shift. There is always one person working when I go, and this person takes the orders and makes the pretzels. I end up being there 20 min just to wait on one pretzel because they also never seem to have them ready ?♀️ never look forward to coming to this location, but it is the nearest one to me.

A lovely combination Auntie Annie's and Cinnabon. The food and service were both great: Imran was super nice and helpful (and cute), and he gave great recommendations. He recommended the pepperoni pretzel, which was delicious. As a pastry lover, I'm glad I live close to this place.
