Guy at counter was very friendly but the kitchen staff was a little disorganized and forgetfull when It came to dishing out orders. They served the 2 customers that came a few minutes after me before I got mine and forgot my shake and the guy at the counter has to keep reminding them of the missing orders

I normally don’t eat fast food and honestly haven’t had A&W in probably 10 years.. was in a hurry and on the go.. food came out pretty quick, it was fresh and the staff was courteous. - shout out to the manager.

I pulled in after leaving mcdonalds on leetsdale at 9 pm the mcdonalds was closed both lobby and drive thru... But when i pulled into the a&w shaggy yo the rescue in the drive thru. He was respectful, courteous and just all out an amazing guy. Thanks for the tea and great service shaggy.
