They messed up my order. I asked if they could fix it. They wouldn't let my see them remake my food which made me think they put something in it. At that point I decided not to eat the food and tried to get my money back but, supposedly she wasn't able to because she was only the assistant manager and didn't have access to do so. The only thing she could do is remake the food again. As I watched them remake the food the assistant manager did not wear gloves. I will be taking it back tomorrow when the actual manager is there hopefully they are able to just give me back my money.

We rarely eat out and I wanted something sweet. My mom and I were like yeah rootbeer float! Cups were saturated with soda and when we asked for a napkin eye rolling. The worst part was Where's the ice cream. We were so sad. We grew up on a&w but the service was just sad.

They are LAZY employees. They won't be quiet and let you talk in the drive thru. I asked for papa sauce, and they couldn't find a container to put some in for me. After I spent 30 dollars!! Come on!! At least try to take care of the customer. I had to park and wait for the food when when no one else was there!! I waited in the car for 20 mins for 3 combos( kids meal, hot dog, and a burger). Not a crazy order!! No receipt!! This was a horrible experience. It is only 1130 on a Sunday. Not crowded at all!! Never coming here again.

Bought a couple of half gallons of Root Beer. Had lunch and one bag had leaked half about 1/2 out. Went back as my wife was complaining. We went back and she said that she got attitude from the Servers. I did not go in. She filled both half gallon bags and by the time we got home, one had leaked about 1/2 again. She said that she will not go back to that store again.

Only had a short time so couldn't wait for the corn dog nuggets I wanted. Nuggets were good moist on the inside and Fry's were hot and nicely seasoned.
