We went with a group of 10 for happy hour at Christmas time and had such a fun time here! The noise level was low which made it really easy to hang out and chat as a large group. The decorations and drinks were so fun. The staff were attentive and kind. We would come back for sure!
Extremely friendly service, reasonable All Day on Tuesdays Happy Hour drinks, fantastic music and enjoyable atmosphere altogether. For food we only had warm queso and chips, so cannot rate food properly. Highly recommended, thank you!
First time enjoying the cocktails and they were excellent! Did not have any food but will give it a try next time!
The bartenders were friendly and welcoming. The cocktail was creative and refreshing. I will be back for more! Thank you.

Such a cute spot! Came in here with my partner while traveling in Denver and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. Amanda was our bartender and she was so sweet and helpful. I'm not a huge drinker so I appreciated how patient and thorough she was making sure I found something I liked! The music was great, drinks were delicious. We had a great time, will definitely be back.

Hand crafted drinks, super fun (and cute) atmosphere, knowledgeable + kind bar staff. Pictured is the Guava Malo, very tasty. I also ordered the Mai Tai, and it was one of the best Mai Tai's I've had in a long time. Probably because they use all fresh ingredients.
The place itself isn't huge, so if there's more than two of you attending, it'd be a good idea to make a reservation.
Great spot for drinks before dinner, will be back.
Great service, yummy drinks.

Great well lit but chill spot that immediately transports you into a Tropical Paradise full of fun Island Style cocktails. You feel like you’re in a Luxurious Hotel’s lobby bar and the vibe is just so different to other places in Denver. A great spot for an early evening cocktail or an after dinner cocktail. They also had great fun mocktails as well!
The only bummer is that when you leave, you don’t hear the waves break and you aren’t stepping onto the same!
Highly recommend for those well needed Staycation Vibes or quick escape!
Can’t imagine how magical this place would be in the Winter! Will have to try that for sure!!!

Delicious crafted cocktails and good food. The food menu is small but we really enjoyed the Ceviche and the Cuban Sandwich. The waitresses had to be flagged down to get their attention but the atmosphere was really nice overall.

With FIVE people working in a nearly dead bar - minus people actually sitting on the “patio” the bartender didn’t even look at us one time.
After we stacked our plates, sipping water thought a straw in an empty drink, and having our cards sit on the bar for 15 min, we had to ask a waitress for our check.
She didn’t bring it. Yikes and we had to ask another random server / bartender / manager (?) /NPC for the bill.
Oh and a 20% gratuity is added without telling you.
At one point my friend and I thought we were wearing invisible cloaks. Haha. Anyway not worth $80 for guacamole and whatever that “ceviche” was

Small, crowded and loud. This place requires a credit card to complete reservation with a threat that they will make a charge if you cancel. Beware of this aspect since they will put a hold which does not clear for a week. Long wait time for our food to come and our server was rarely seen which explains the service charge aspect. People loiter in and around the place looking for a place to sit which does not make sense given their reservation requirements. Final ticket includes a 20% service charge (tip) plus whatever you might want to add. DJ music does not equal live music.
Food was subpar and not well seasoned. Nice ambience but extremely noisy. Service was great though.
We stopped by Ay Papi on Saturday, July 12 for some drinks—which were good but a bit pricey. We went mainly for the Latin vibe, especially with a name like Ay Papi, but the music was disappointing. There wasn’t much Latin music, and the playlist felt random, which threw off the atmosphere.
It’s a cool-looking spot, but if you’re going for that Latin energy, you might be let down unless they update the music.

They were able to accommodate a last minute reservation for 7. Delicious food and drinks! Energetic crowd and music started later in the evening.
