Was excited to eat here at 8:30am on Sat 11/30 and it was completely closed. Not a light on or soul in sight. Sign on door said open 8am-3pm Sat and nothing about being closed for Thanksgiving or anything.
Very disappointing.

11/10 sandwich spot. Visiting from out of town and Jacob and Dennis made us feel right at home. Good spot to hit when you're visiting. Sandwiches were great but the service was absolutely incredible. Shoutout to the crew that hooked it up today!

Stopped in for the first time. Ordered an egg sandwich, and the eggs were ice cold.

It was MID after it was warmed.

I ordered the Cuban and there was hardly any meat on my sandwich. It was bread and sauce. The service was extremely slow. Very disappointing. I had been there a few months ago and it was amazing, so definitely dropping the ball.

This place used to be great and my absolute favorite until they got a new manager. The employees used to be so friendly but that experience changed today and we will never be going back. I’ve been taking my service animal to this restaurant since she was 7 months old and she was in training at the time. The employees welcomed her throughout her training and almost every time we came in offered treats and respect. They were extremely nice as most places I’ve experienced in Denver have not mentioned anything but praise about my extremely well behaved service dog. As we came into the restaurant today to place a togo order, my service animal did as she always does and proceeded to sit immediately to my right. I was greeted and as I placed my order, the “manager” (i’ve never seen this man in the 4 years i’ve lived nearby), proceeded to inform me my dog was not allowed here. He did not ask of her service status, he did not ask what she was trained for, he simply let us know we were not welcome in this establishment going forward. I let him know we’ve never experienced such rudeness in this establishment since we moved here in 2020 and started coming here. This manager proceeded to fire off snarky replies which resulted in us leaving. I will be filing a report with the ADA today. Please train your employees on proper service animal procedures before jumping to incorrect conclusions and disrespecting customers who’ve loved this establishment for years.

PSA: Before there is a response of “he didn’t know” or “she wasn’t wearing a vest” Colorado State Law does not require any worn vest or materials publicly identifying her as a service animal. Your employees have the right to ask the standard two ADA compliant questions. Which he did not even attempt to do.

I had a Cuban and was delightfully surprised when it came out on a cute little singular mini baguette. The food quality is high and service was fast & friendly.

I order a big caterer order for our company's retreat and they never showed up. I called several times and no one picked up... I really hope I can get a refund, this incredibly unprofessional. Will never be ordering from this place ever again.

I am HOPELESSLY addicted to the Sherpa sandwich with added sriracha. I should just start handing this place my paychecks. Service is always great, even when they're slammed, which is usual because again, the sandwiches are incredible. However, If you order online there is never a wait! It's always ready at the time specified on your receipt.

Vegetarian options: GET THE SHERPA! ADD SRIRACHA! THANK ME LATER :)

I think there sandwiches are of high quality but in my experience after about 10 experiences with them the quality stops there. My most recent experience was the worst. I placed an online order at 11:25 am for 4 items to pickup asap. It gave me a time of 70 minutes later when the food would be ready at 12:34pm. I was a little taken back by that for a relatively small order but I do know the general time to make a meal there is longer than the average so it wasn't a huge deal. I show up at this location at 12:30 to see about my order. I walk up to the Onine order register and stand there for about 20 minutes without being greeted or asked what i was there for. I sat down and then after being there for 50 minutes I was asked what order I was there for. At that time they were making my order. I received the order 45 minutes after the 70 minutes time I was originally quoted. Was the staff busy? Yes they were but this isn't an issue of being busy but rather having a poor process in place when receiving an online order. Hopefully they can get this process fixed or they will continue to lose customers who really enjoy the food but can't put up with that type of service.
