Backstreet Tavern and Grill

I haven't been to this highly rated bar and grill. My friend Annette and I are going to stop by in the next few days; we really want to visit with Vanessa.

Great chill neighborhood bar!

Prototypical neighborhood bar and grill. They have an interesting food menu. The pulled pork is good and the Reuben even better.

Service was excellent being fast, friendly and attentive. In addition to the bar, the space has tables, a couple of pool tables and several TVs showing sports. The only unusual thing is the hurley on the wall behind the bar and one of the framed jerseys on the wall turned out to be from hurling. There is also a lot of seating outside. The music playing was good and unobtrusive. They do have password protected Wi-Fi available for customers.

They have plenty of parking.

Nice place to meet people. Taco Tuesday is legit. Wing Wednesday too. Happy hour is worth it.

Just updating to add more details. I love this bar! The food is amazingly good, drinks are cheap, and the service is friendly. They have a lot of weekly event nights that really make it feel like a community hang-out spot. While I don't participate in most of them (yet), I've gone many times for Friday karaoke and had a blast.

Great experience! Service was great and there was only one bartender and she was on it! Very friendly atmosphere, food was good and will definitely be returning!

I met a buddy here for some beer and wings. Tara gave us awesome service and the wings were great. The beer was good and the place was pretty sweet. Stop if you are in the area for sports in the TVs, pool tables, and a friendly low key spot to hang out.

I was not impressed by the food

A simple place with tap beer and pool tables. It might be your thing but personally gives me the ick.

We went there with friends for karaoke and had a blast.

But nothing on google about karaoke and I can't navigate to the website because my browser flags it as unsafe.

Maybe an outdated cert or doesn't support SSL. Not sure but if my browser warns me about a link, I don't go there.

Amazing staff, but too few working there. Food was great, and the people were friendly, just took us a while to get drinks because there was only one person making the rounds to the table.

Kind of a hit or miss. Some of the bartenders are excellent and are quick to greet you coming in and then others will walk right past you, waiting for service. Same for food. Some of it comes out great and other times, it seems really thrown together. Can be a great place! Just not very consistent.

Waitress seemed inconvenienced. Fries were brown cold and disgusting. But the burger was delicious.

These nachos are awful...beef is a mystery, chewy and can't chew, fries are cooked in dirty oil, therefore, greasy-dark, not in the crispy way, and service was annoyed by me as a customer....= will not return and neither should you
