The bartenders were very disrespectful on 03/14/26. While we were waiting to order, they began eating pizza directly in front of us and would not take our order. When we asked to be served, they told us to “hang on,” continued eating, and after finishing, chose to serve someone who had been waiting far less time than we had.
This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I love this place because it sucks. It's not a hipster bar trying to be a dive bar, it's a genuine crappy dive bar and that's its best quality. $4 High Lifes, everything you want out of a Wisconsin bar.

Walked in, the bartender was rude before we even got a chance to place a drink order, so we left. Seeing the other reviews, I think this business would benefit from removing this employee and getting someone who is capable of being a decent human. I know finding good help may be hard sometimes, but your business is suffering every day she works.

This was my second visit to this bar, and it will absolutely be my last.
We came to watch the Packers game with friends. When we arrived, there was no seating available, so we quietly stood in the back, out of the way, socializing with other Packers fans. Another patron kindly offered a chair so one person in our group could sit down. She was tired and briefly leaned against me.
Without warning, Reina began yelling at us, telling her to “wake up,” despite the fact that we were not bothering anyone. We immediately apologized and tried to de-escalate so we could continue enjoying the game.
Instead, Reina became aggressive, confrontational, and hostile, got in our faces, raised her voice, and ordered us to leave immediately. Multiple nearby patrons—also paying customers—tried to calm the situation and told her it wasn’t an issue. She refused to listen and continued escalating, creating a scene that she alone caused.
There was no disruption, no complaints from other customers, and no issue until Reina decided to exercise what felt like a power trip at the expense of guests who were simply there to enjoy a game.
Before posting this review, I read several other one-star reviews naming Reina specifically, all describing nearly identical experiences. This is clearly a pattern, not an isolated incident.
Ownership and management need to take these reviews seriously. If customer experience and reputation matter at all, action needs to be taken. Losing good, respectful patrons over the behavior of one employee is a real shame.

For being a Wisconsin state themed bar service is pretty awful… coming from Wisconsin not knowing half the state doesn’t accept vertical IDs is cultural shocking. But I gave the bar tender my ID she told me Rudely they don’t accept vertical IDs I didn’t say anything back and she continued being rude as I was walking out. Stupid Rule if you ask me. learn how to actually check IDs instead of turning service away because you want to take the easy way out being caught.

So a WISCONSIN bar doesn’t accept vertical WISCONSIN IDs that are all vertical until you’re 29. Mhm okay makes sense, smh. Please don’t waste your time.
One staff member, Reina, behaved in a way that came across as incoherent and unstable, and her treatment of us felt biased, racist, and unwelcoming. Several of us left because of the interaction — Packer fans who were simply there to enjoy the game. This bar is losing customers due to how guests are treated and rightfully so. I considered myself a regular of this bar for Packer games but won’t be back and will be spreading the word.

If it involves more than 2 ingredients, I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. Great drinks in cans though and cool atmosphere. Horrifying bathrooms that don’t get cleaned and 1 really nice and chill bartender, and one absolutely miserable one. Had a good time though with friends. Remember, just order canned drinks or jack and coke style.
