Rude beyond believe. We have contacted them a million times to open an account with them and nobody ever calls us back. I called today asking to speak somebody in sales. The lady was short and rude and just said that they didn’t have anybody in sales. Is this for real?

Expect a 1-2 hr wait after you're in the door...not bad considering they are usually very busy. Very limited truck parking...
I went in for a will call, but I forgot my phone, so I couldn’t call. I knocked on the door for assistance with my order and was greeted by a very rude woman. First thing said to me was, “ can I help you?” I said I’m here for a pick up. She then asked, “For who?” with a very bad attitude.That definitely was not what I expected.
