Great wines, in the homemade Italian tradition, made with mostly grapes from Colorado. Wonderful tastings with very good sommeliers and supervised by the owner, John Balistreri and his family. Really good food for lunch and nibbles. I could wish they were open at night, but maybe it's a part of the charm that they close at 5pm!
I just want to give this place the BIGGEST review. My brother brought me here and i can honestly say, I am beyond impressed. Janet was so insightful and professional, let alone sweeter than the wine. Shelby, the manager was very comforting and had a handle on the business. Laura was very attentive and knowledgeable on the food menu. Zach did his thing. Compliments to the chef! 😘
Balistreri is the absolute best! I just had my wedding here and everything from start to finish was perfect. We worked with Mattie (we love you Mattie!) and she as really great to work with from touring the venue to the wedding day and everything in between. We loved the family vibe of this venue and all of the staff are amazing. We had so many guests come up to us during the reception to tell us this was the best wedding food they had ever had. Thank you for everything Balistreri!...
