Love the yogurt boba 💣

I've given this place several chances. Their drinks are overpriced and never come out right. They just taste bad.

With a few hours to spare before our flight, we stumbled upon this cozy little spot and decided to hang out for a while. The first thing we noticed was the abundance of seating, which was perfect for unwinding.

We ordered a couple of drinks, and they didn’t disappoint. The highlight for me was the mango smoothie—it tasted like it was made from real fruit, not the artificial stuff you often get elsewhere. It’s always a bonus when a place prioritizes fresh ingredients!

The service, while a bit slow, was understandable given there was only one worker handling everything. Thankfully, we weren’t in a rush, so the wait wasn’t a big deal. Plus, the cashier made up for it with her genuinely sweet and friendly demeanor.

However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The restroom could use a bit of extra attention when it comes to cleanliness, and the overall vibe of the place felt a bit cluttered. Still, these didn’t take away too much from the experience.

All in all, it’s a charming spot with good drinks and excellent customer service. If I’m ever back in town, I’d definitely consider stopping by again.

BEWARE for anyone ordering here:
DO NOT use the self-order kiosk if you come. I came in and placed an order for pandan waffles on the kiosk AND PAID, meanwhile the workers were nowhere to be found. I had waited for about 30 minutes for my waffles before asking one of the employees how much longer. She said 5 minutes, so I sat back down and waited longer. It’s been 45 minutes at this point and I asked the girl again and she said she didn’t know I placed an order, but have been servicing other customers coming in after me. These employees don’t care about their job and obviously didn’t care that I had been waiting there. Completely waste of time. If you do decide to come here, make sure you place the order with a real employee and not the kiosk.

I went there with my big bro, it’s a cool nice spot to be at with friends or family.

Great boba. The only complaint I have is that they don’t give you enough boba. Great flavor though if you want some good boba

Hope you like ICE. ? Seriously over priced and very rude service. Basic Thai coffee was $8.69. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other boba shops in the area. This one is trash.

EDIT - Owner openly admits they are passing high prices, poor quality product and trash service on to the customer. Keep driving on Federal, lots of boba options.

Honestly use to love this place. Recently had gone and sadly found not one but four hair strands in my boba drink. Very disappointing and unfortunately won’t be returning. Also, how are you a boba place but never have boba ready.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this boba shop! The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The boba was amazing – each sip was bursting with flavor and perfectly chewy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch boba tea experience. Can't wait to come back!

We ordered water to take away, but the attitude of the person answering the phone was very unpleasant towards the customer, they talked continuously, did not listen to the customer and even said OMG. Attitude towards customers is too bad
