The food is absolutely HORRIBLE!! And when they rip you off for almost $30 for a plate that shouldn't cost more than $10 they will give you a $3 coupon to "come try it again". Their corporate office doesn't respond when they comment back asking you to send the review to them. They really don't care, they are ripping people off and do nothing to rectify it.

Sadly, disappointing. There was barely anyone in the restaurant and the order was messed up x3. Not to mention the drink was super sour and small for the cost, the eggs were undercooked, and the burger burnt to a crisp and dry. Nothing was credited back, even know the waitress acknowledged she kept messing up our order. This was an expensive, horrible meal. We even tipped normal as usual, and the waitress didn’t make eye contact, say sorry, or thank you.

ACKNOLWEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY SIT DOWN! We sat down at the bar, wasn't even busy yet and the girl looked at us twice and just kept doing her thing. Never once said I'll be right with you, never came up to us for a good 15 min before we left. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bartenders with blonde hair and a girl with long black hair. Thanks for having us leave one of our fav places

Horrible food, cheesy grits tasted of mold. Calamari is over seasoned batter with maybe 1inch Calamari rings. Wish I could erase the experience entirely.

We stopped by after work and before seeing a movie at Harkins. It was a Tuesday about 5pm and we were seated immediately. The waiter was friendly and attentive. It took a while for the bartender to make our drinks but they were good. Food was delicious. We got half off of our burgers (it's a weekly special). Despite the other reviews, we had a good experience.
My biggest pet peeve are places that don't have prices on anything. Just think if Best Buy, REI, a grocery store or Amazon never had prices on anything?!Usually the main reason they don't is cause they don't want you to see how expensive everything is and i was correct. $10 for one beer?!. Not cool. ?I don't ever go back to places that try and screw the customer and so I won't be coming back here unless someday they bring back prices on beer/cocktails.If you do have a good reason why food has prices but beer/cocktails don't, I would love to hear your excuse.

Giving 1 star because I have too. We were there on 3/24 and the service was absolutely horrible!!! Food was cold and had to return it back and still horrible. Waitress was clueless about getting us drinks and had to tell her to get our drinks for us. She sold me the bottomless mimosas and after 1 drink (which was about 5-7 minutes) she informed me the time frame for the mimosas was over and couldn’t refill me but charged me the full bottomless mimosa price. It used to be a fun place with great service and food - has gone down hill and is horrible. We watched the other bartenders and they were just as bad. We saw a waitress put a plastic bag over her head and hold it under her chin just to be funny - tasteless!!!Will never go back!

I love it, we went 2 hours before closing, the waiter was so friendly and the drinks were well served.....extra tequila ? the atmosphere was nice and everyone with their theme was simply delicious to go and drink in peace
