This was a disappointment. We came in on a Sunday for brunch before doing some shopping nearby. I had been recommended by a friend who lives in the neighborhood.
It wasn't very busy when we sat and yet somehow we got incredibly slow service. Our server was super nice and we enjoyed her company when we saw her, but overall felt slightly neglected/forgotten at times.
I ordered the biscuit breakfast sandwiches and was thoroughly disappointed. The chorizo sausage was tasty but that's about the end of positive news about this dish. The gravy was bland and the biscuits weren't nearly hot and flaky enough. In addition, I ordered it as a smothered sandwich (gravy all over the top of the biscuits) and was shocked when it came out in a wire basket with parchment paper. I had to use a fork and knife to eat, but kept stabbing holes in my parchment paper and struggling to cut the biscuits into bites. This disappointing dish did come with enough tater tots for 3 people and they were fine.
My friend got the breakfast pizza, which we both found to be boring and lacking in flavors.
My margarita was well made, and that gives me hope. I would definitely like to come back and try their normal menu and have a couple drinks. But I can say brunch isn't it here. Denver isn't the most food driven city, but we've got some great brunch spots, this isn't one of them.

It has been years since my last visit. The level of service is the same... Almost non existent. Prices are less than reasonable with a cold shoulder staff.
We really liked Bar Nun. Stopped in for a quick drink and waffle fries. The fries were soooo good!!! The margarita on the other hand was absolutely terrible. I’ll be back to try another drink and those waffle fries!!

Very loungy. First timer; will be back. Theme isn't too gimmicky gothic/cryptic/spiritually dismissive. Sofas and cardtsble seating makes one feel at home. Must be back for the food and patio when it's warn. Patio is not heated this season.
Currently me and my Ronnie are dealing with food poisoning. This is the only place we’ve both had the same food so it’s definitely from here. We had bruschetta and pickle spears
Ordered and waited 45 min for food and was never served. We ended up leaving because we never got our food. Such a bummer
Place is cool with dope scenery, only one bathroom though.

Cool bar. It's unique and tucked mostly in a neighborhood. The patio turf is stank though, clean that stuff!

Decent chill atmosphere, however service is absolutely terrible. Ordered food and literally waited and hour before the bartender had to be reminded. on top of that, the bartender was rude to my whole party. For being a neighborhood bar, certainly didn't feel like it.

Atmosphere was definitely eclectic. It was very clean and the food was fantastic. Toys and drinks. Also good options staff was friendly. They came out fairly quickly with the portions. Bathrooms were a bit odd. Plenty of seating for the outside. It was a fairly large place with definitely seating for large groups. Even though it wasn’t my style it is a great place to check out. The truffle fries and fried pickles were both great choices. We had their apple cider. Also which game called and was great.

Ordered a drink from here and it had a fly in it. It happens so I asked for it to be remade. The second drink had a piece of mold in it. Luckily I didn't sip either drink but wow was that a bad first experience.

My buddy, his girlfriend, and I walked here to have some beers and drinks
Definitely not a bad place but definitely in an akward area.
You can sit inside or outside in their patio area. Their bar is right in the middle.
Their old fashioned wasn’t too bad didn’t expect multi cubes of ice.
Definitely a great hang out spot for watching games. Plenty of screens everywhere and service was great, they kept our drinks coming.

Seen this spot as a lot of different things over the last 20 years.. I like it best as it is - a little divey, and with a relatively interesting cast behind the bar.
