Food is good and the service was adequate, my major complaint is (coming from a Mexicana) is the tacos being served with the ends of the limes thats barely enough juice for the tacos I ordered. Aesthetics is more important? What happened to real slices of limes?? Its a taco joint….

Today I had the opportunity to eat at this great restaurant. I highly recommend it. Its flavors are unique. I highly recommend the pork belly taco, it was a favorite with everyone at the table. Been here a couple times and each visit is better than the last. The staff is incredibly personable and friendly. The food is always consistently great and we are never disappointed. Special shout out to Michael, who is a server here, he is always on top of it. He also recognized us from our last with it and made this visits personable which was great!

Last minute stop but the staff was so welcoming even with closing hours being around the corner. Tried their ceviche, a dash of salt and pepper and it was perfect.

On one hand, this place is great. The tacos are very tasty and they come out of the kitchen quickly. It's nice that you can order additional ones easily. The atmosphere is also good. But the tacos are small and it takes a lot to fill you up. Each taco is cheap but they add up if you want to be full.

My bf and I were so impressed with this place! I ordered the cauliflower tacos (already vegan) but they have mushroom and falafel tacos that can be made vegan as well. The food is great! The cocktails are so refreshingly delicious, all made with fresh juice. The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming. I will definitely be back!

First off I want to say I love the food here and staff seem great when I have dined in. I am a regular customer on DoorDash and keep seeing inconsistencies. The thing that drives me the most nuts is I’ll order two orders of salsa and a small esquites and get 5 chips. There’s no option on DoorDash to pay for extra chips or request more. It makes no sense to me when someone is ordering chips and salsa that they get a baby portion of chips?? Make it make sense.. I’ll happily pay a few bucks more for extra chips knowing I’ll get them. Sometimes they give me 10 chips and I’m happy about it but today I got 5. I have emailed their corporate office about updating their DoorDash and uber eats menu and also complained about their menu on DoorDash. Nothing seems to be working

Bartaco is by far the best taco place I’ve ever been to, there isn’t a close second place. Excellent in all regards. My only regret is that we don’t have one further south in the DTC or Castle Rock.
