My bf and I were so impressed with this place! I ordered the cauliflower tacos (already vegan) but they have mushroom and falafel tacos that can be made vegan as well. The food is great! The cocktails are so refreshingly delicious, all made with fresh juice. The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming. I will definitely be back!

Bartaco is by far the best taco place I’ve ever been to, there isn’t a close second place. Excellent in all regards. My only regret is that we don’t have one further south in the DTC or Castle Rock.

This is a place where the vibes surpass the food. Cocktails are pretty solid, but the food was incredibly disappointing. The chips were over-salted (and also not cut?), and the tacos were more gimmicky than anything. If you want to go for cocktails with some adequate appetizers, this is a good spot. If the food itself is more important to your experience, I would unfortunately not recommend this place.
