We've been frequenting this gem for awhile. On one particular day last October I was in a bind, and Robin came through as a hero. His empathy and service will never be forgotten.

Bazille is a gem and very much underrated. A diverse menu and always solid execution. It's fine dining level food in a casual environment and surprisingly accessible price points.

Robin and Gloria knocked it out of the park last night. Gloria never stands still. She was refilling drinks, clearing plates, and doing side-work. She is a busser not a server, but please know, the service she consistently provides to customers tables is noticed by all. Robin was managing, delivering food, and running to make sure food was delivered hot & perfect. Austin introduced himself, what a polite young man as well and offered to help me with my knee scooter as I am not able to walk on my right foot. Although the place was super busy, the Chef accommodated my special order-with no hesitation. And the food was perfectly prepared. Thank you all, Rebecca Stewart

Our waiter was Great! The food was amazing ok. I was disappointed there weren't any non-alcoholic holiday drinks - egg nog, hot chocolate, apple cider. Also, why is it chicken meatballs in a pasta dish with pork Italian sausage. I threw the meatballs away. Interesting menu.

It was Black Friday, so you could make excuses for service issues, etc. But...we made reservations for 4 earlier on open table and then waited our turn in line at the hostess desk and were two minutes early. We watched walk-up after walk-up be seated and even singles and ironically the couple right in front of us asking for a booth which I had also requested in my reservation. When it was our turn I gave them our name for the reservation and to my surprise...no tables available...sorry. I asked if they received my reservation and the answer was" yes, but we just got slammed with a rush and all of our tables are full." I politely asked if they had thought to look at their reservation list and might have reserved a table for guests who thought ahead and actually reserved their table and time? No response other than to say the next table that came available would be ours. We waited and were seated about 20 minutes later...I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but it was intended to be a fun meal with my family and when we were seated, it was arguably the worst table in restaurant and configured to sit possibly 5 people, but in an odd shaped booth that made seating for 4 uncomfortable. It was also located away from the booths with the windows and view and right next to the waiter station and kitchen food pickup area. Nonetheless, we ordered and our overpriced bottle of Mumm wasn't chilled, the food took over 40 minutes to be served and when it did arrive, the bread on two of the French dip orders was burnt on one end, while somehow the fries had gone cold. After almost 2 hours from our reservation time to when I paid the bill I counted 4 tables with a single guest, several large booths with one couple seated and yet no reserved tables being held for future reservations that afternoon. Why use open table when it is first come first served? We will not go back. Why spend above average for below average food and service.

I ordered a rare hamburger and got a well done. I wasn't charged for it but the wait for a new one would have been too long. When we were ready to order and had waited for service we asked another server for our waitress and she said “she'll be here.”

Our waitress MJ was prompt, cordial, very interactive and simlly delightful as she presented every portion of the meal to us

The waitress was overwhelmed, no check back on my meal, another person took my plate after finishing , she said she would tell her I am ready for check, never came, so I finally got up to leave and found her to print my check on the way out. Nordstrom is not usually like this ever.

Extremely slow. Place was way less than half full and it took 35 minutes to get the food. Food was just OK. Wouldn’t go there again or recommend.

Overcooked meat, overdressed salad, greasy dip, soggy pita bread. Server couldn't be bothered to be there. Really bad experience. Not what I would expect from Nordstrom at all.

The French dip is excellent. Ask for the olive aioli to dip the thinly cut fries. I love the umami flavor of it. Kid friendly and a nice break from shopping. I think the overall interior could use an update, but it does a good job for a sit down.

An oasis in the mall. Food and drinks are pricey but worth it. Delicious and the ambiance and quiet make the price worth it.
