Recent Reviews

It was Black Friday, so you could make excuses for service issues,etc. But...we made reservations for 4 earlier on open table and then waited our turn in line at the hostess desk and were two minutes early. We watched walk-up after walk-up be seated and even singles and ironically the couple right in front of us asking for a booth which I had also requested in my reservation. When it was our turn I gave them our name for the reservation and to my surprise...no tables available...sorry....

I ordered a rare hamburger and got a well done. I wasn't charged for it but the wait for a new one would have been too long. When we were ready to order and had waited for service we asked another server for our waitress and she said “she'll be here.”

The waitress was overwhelmed, no check back on my meal, another person took my plate after finishing , she said she would tell her I am ready for check, never came, so I finally got up to leave and found her to print my check on the way out. Nordstrom is not usually like this ever.
