I really wanted to love this place, but the service is painfully slow. The owners, who are in their 80s, are still running the place instead of hiring enough staff, and it shows. Expect long waits, even when it’s not busy.
The boneless wings are dry, under-seasoned, and never have enough sauce—just disappointing for a place that specializes in chicken. The only saving grace is the Rose Ddeok-Bokki, which is actually really good, but that’s not enough to make up for the rest of the experience.
Unless things change, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I feel cheated as I went in today and ordered the lunch combo. It stated 9 pieces of chicken and a drink with something in the middle scratched out. when I made it home I only had 6 pieces of chicken. I called the location and the woman who answered the phone said that the combo comes with 6. I informed her that's not what the menu stated. she asked did I take a menu with me. I informed her no, but I did read it before ordering and even the menu online states 9 pieces. she goes on to say that corporate changes it years ago, but never sent out new menus and scratch out old stuff. i stated I wish I new that before ordering and all she had to say was I'll keep that in mind for future reference. no true compensation for an error made on their end and now I'm upset and feel cheated out of my food due to an error that should have been corrected years ago If she was being honest.

If I could give no star for this review, I would. I’ve been to bbq chicken restaurants in many locations and only this location uses chicken tenders for the boneless chicken. It tastes super dry and I waited for almost 2 hours to get my order. The old lady didn’t get my order right at the first time so I had to go talk to the worker in the kitchen directly. She definitely has a hard time understanding people and shouldn’t be working as a server out there. I think this location is a shame for this chain of restaurants. It should be closed already.

Came here twice, first time my order was wrong. Second time I had to wait 2 hours for food.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE PAYING! The older lady charged my cousin for 2 extra Sprites she did not order and the lady did not want to update the bill because “it would be too difficult” and said to just deduct it from the tip.
I ordered the half-and-half whole chicken which was about ~$31 but she entered it as 2 separate half chicken orders which totaled to about ~$37. Again, she refused to correct and update the bill and again deduct from tip. She then went up to my cousin in the end trying to argue and complain about tipping
Here are other issues we ran into: - Cousin found a screw in her fried rice. Lady also took the screw out of the rice with her bare hands. - Found a hair in one of the chicken orders. - Handed us water but no cups. A family member went up and asked for cups and the lady seemed bothered by it and laughed at him saying she will bring them. - Food did take a while and they forgot another order when we reminded her multiple times. It wasn’t brought to us until we were about to leave.
The service was just bad and the mens restroom was dirty. Doesn’t seem to be cleaned often at all.

My party and I have all worked in the restaurant industry and wanted to be understanding, but over all poor service/attitude aside: 1) Check your food. We found two strands of hair in our soy garlic chicken wings order and then a screw in our kimchi fried rice (which our server proceeded to remove with her bare hands when we pointed it out). 2) Check your bill. We were overcharged and then they refused to fix the bill claiming we can “just take it out of the tip”. I believe that tips are earned and you are not entitled to a tip.

Can't rate the food as I haven't tried any but the wait time is horrendous sometimes. I waited nearly an hour for an Uber Eats pickup order that was pretty small. I don't think that it's worth the wait as the restaurant isn't fine dining.

I love the chicken but the customer service is terrible they are understaffed and some of the staff doesn't speak very good English and the last time I ordered they didn't get my order right so I had to wait an extra 30 min. and no one apologized and then had the audacity to tip themselves 5 dollars without my consent sorry but I won't be returning.

Once again, another restaurant that doesn't make sense in Denver. There's 2 old people that are older than every single person in Denver and they are working hard and the poor pre. Pubescent chef doesn't share doesn't know what to do. It's fubar.... That being said the food is correct. Go see It's really good food for just another chain restaurant.
