Poor communication and service, the cashier was inexperienced, I had diarrhea after eating, and the fried chicken wings I ordered were served as drumsticks instead
I never leave bad reviews but this was the worst service I have ever received since moving to Denver. The waitress was so rude, it took over 20 minutes for them to take our order and then another 40 minutes before our food came and there was 1 other customer in the restaurant. I planned to tip in cash so I put nothing on the card and then the server yelled at me asking why I didn’t tip. I figured we would try a new spot in our neighborhood but I will NEVER be back and never recommend this spot to anyone else.

This place was really good, not busy at all. But there was only one guy working. But the food still came out very fast.

I love their fried chicken, but they need to seriously work on customer service. Be prepared to wait 30minutes for food

Absolutely terrible experience. This is NOT authentic Korean fried chicken it’s a complete scam. The food was soggy, flavorless, and had nothing remotely Korean about it. To make things worse, the older lady working there was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about the order. Her behavior was unprofessional and downright hostile. I’ve never been treated this badly by a restaurant staff. If you’re expecting real Korean chicken, avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of money and time.

Expensive but the chicken is perfect. Haven’t seen any other place in Denver fry chicken this well.

Been to this place a few times. Used to be really good when they first opened, but now it's gone downhill.
Staff barely exist, food is wildly overdone (roommate almost broke a tooth on the boneless chicken), and prices are not worth what you get.
We dined in and between the time it took us to order and get our food, 2 other people were able to walk in, order, and leave.
My suggestion, order ahead, pick up, and take home for the best chance of getting food here.

We're from out of town and just had a great day at Elitches, this restaurant was pretty close and looked good. The owner of the restaurant was a very kind lady who greeted us, led us to our table, and walked us through the menu. Her grandchildren were visiting and helped serve up our meal, they did a great job :). The wings were fantastic and personally some of the best I've had, I'd recommend the spicy malbi.

My experience at this location was absolutely horrible. I came in at 1:15 PM, and I didn’t get my food till around 2:00 Pm. I’m the only person in the establishment. I was basically forgotten about, the server/owner is so rude and didn’t even acknowledge me after she took my order. The older gentleman kept on banging stuff with a hammer, making loud noises. When I asked how long, she responded I need to be patient. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes for some wings. I worked in a wing location previously, it should only take 10-15 minutes. Won’t be returning in the future.
The bathroom was filthy. Sink looked disgusting and there was no soap. Chicken tasted decent. Kimchi rice was nasty.

What is happening here? I spent $90 on food here so I was expecting the food to at least be edible. They’re on the more expensive side for Korean fried chicken. What I got instead is some of the worst food I’ve ever had.
The kimchi fried rice is absolutely disgusting. Rice is dry. I doubt the meat is chicken like they advertise. It just kind of melts in your mouth much like sand would. The taste is similar to mud. No, that’s not a typo. No taste, just kind of earthy. The kimchi tastes like I just put a handful of salt in my mouth and started chewing. It actually is inedible.
The fried chicken is much below average. Chicken is dry, very underwhelming on flavor, and the “spicy” one isn’t even spicy.
The pickled radish tastes like I bit into a raw radish that’s been sitting in plain water for a long time. No flavor that it’s supposed to have (vinegar, sweet, sour).
I’m not sure what is going on here but hopefully they get their stuff together.

Came in to order some wings quickly. Had to use the restroom and was questioned. The price for 9 wings was $19.45 which is outrageous. Then they didn't want to give me my change and were offended when i asked for it. They said, this will be our tip. I said I wanted my change and they scoffed at me...
They called me bathroom girl. To tell me my food was ready to pick up... never eating there again.
