Must visit restaurant for American food lovers. D Bar Denver has variations of dessert and Breakfast and Brunch items. They have Vegan Option, Reservation, and no delivery. Special foods include Sliders, Beignets, Crispy Brussels, American Dream and many more.
Restaurant is at intersection of 20th and Sherman Street, across the street from St. Andrews Episcopal Church. Plain white building. Only open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Mon-Fri. Good food at a very reasonable price. Ambiance is clean, quiet, no frills. Bar located at east end of building.
Love the fact that they don't load the cheese enchiladas with onions. The atmosphere reminded me of being back home in Texas. Great service, and I would have given 5 stars if they served Chile con queso with tortilla chips, but I guess that is a Tex-Mex thing.
