The homies always do it right! No food during covid but great conversation with Henry! Flat white was on point and espresso was not burnt in the least. Must check it out when in town. About 30min out from the airport in case you're mapping it out.

Glad I found a decent coffee shop on Colfax. The service was good, the coffee was better, and the environment was wonderful. They got a cool photo collage on their bathroom walls. The tables and interior design was modern meets DIY. Plenty parking on Colfax and the street over. They have great cocktail prices as well, $9 old fashion as well as coffee cocktails. WiFi pw is CoffeeCocktails. Ambiance: A Location: B Price: A- Service: A

I've been going to Bellwether as my neighborhood bar for almost three years now. This place is a jack-of-all-trades, and seems to master many as well. We usually go for the bar or coffee, so I won't be reviewing the barber shop. The team there was always been great. We were on a first name basis with several bar tenders who were always kind, attentive, and excellent at making drinks. We would bring our two large doodles in and for a while they'd even give them treats! The bar has killer prices for cocktails and amazing happy hour/ Friday specials. They also have a fridge full of "Dad beer" which is a great addition for later in the evening. One aspect that people haven't been able to see during the pandemic is that this is also a community event space. I've been to a few concerts there, an album release party, and other themed nights. Can't wait to listen to some good live music there when the pandemic is over! They've also been hosting a food truck recently which has been delicious. All in all, this is a great place to have a drink and meet some kind people. Make sure to support Bellwether through the pandemic, I know we will!

Don’t miss Bellwether if you want great coffee or even a nice whiskey or brew on tap. Fun date spot too.

Taco Tuesday is great! Bartenders are awesome too

This is not a coffee shop. Just wanted to save people time in case they thought it was like I did. It’s a bar that happens to have a pump pot of “coffee”. I’m sure it’s an awesome dive bar at night but it’s just not a coffee shop.

My partner and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to get some coffee. We were greeted by the nicest barista ever! I had no idea they have cocktails, I will be back to try some boozy/coffee infused drinks. We got iced coffee drinks to go and hung out in the outside back area. To get to the back area, you walk through a barbershop which also has the same name. The awesome barista told us that during business hours they have barbers cutting hair and when there is not a global pandemic they like to host shows in the basement (which looked pretty awesome). The inside of the shop had a lot of the tables removed to spread out the seating due to COVID. In the back it looked like there was a permit pending to serve coffee from an outdoor walk up window. More to come on that!

Low key. Understated. Hip. Good coffee and cocktails!

Listening to Great music on a friday afternoon drinking a beer while having friendly staff treat you like a regular is a huge taste of normalcy! Highly recommend!!!

The cafe is a great place to hangout and socialize but I normally go here to get my haircut in their barbershop. Andres is an absolute legend barber.

What better excuse to have a cocktail at noon than to pair it with coffee. Bellwether runs on an unusual combination of coffee and whiskey, but seeing as I favor both of those liquids, I'm really not complaining! Choice of coffee: espresso, macchiato, cortado, and lattes. Choice of cocktails: gin & tonic, mules, vodka soda, and draft beer. Or even better: coffee and booze combos. This was where we wanted to be for our last mid-day drink on vacation. One cold brew white russian and one espresso and rye, please! I loved the cold brew white russian. It's obvious these flavors were meant to be together. The espresso and rye whiskey, or as they called it fight juice, packed a punch that could knock you out in a few ways. It was a little too strong for something I'd like to sip on. We walked, maybe stumbled, outta here a little happier than when we walked in.

Great coffee, better vibes. Love the atmosphere, and beer and liquor selection is a nice bonus.

This was my first time visiting & I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet yet very instagram-worthy ambience. The cafe sells both booze and caffeine options-- so during the day it's a great nook to sip on coffee and work on your laptop; during the evenings, the cafe turns into a hipster bar perfect for happy hour with coworkers.

Came in 2/29 about 1.30. Barista was sitting outside having a cig and face timing someone - told us she would be in to help us shortly. About three minutes later she comes in takes our order WITHOUT washing her hands. One drink was way too strong and the other was way too sweet - we could not drink them. There was something off about the barista - her balance was off, her hands were shaking, her eyes glossy - this was a wasted trip, a waste of money and a huge disappointment. I have never had a bad experience here - lets hope this was a fluke.
