Are these guys nuts? Their ice cream is totally melty. Like their freezers don’t work. Rule #1 in the ice cream business: fix your freezers! The staff is clueless as they effortlessly scoop globs of melty cream into ice cream cones. Ring the alarm bell, the ice cream is melting! I hope to change this bad rating once they’ve fixed the freezers.
