Best airport ice cream! I got the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, highly recommend.

The lady was very rude. It stated in 2 different places that they had dairy free ice cream so I ordered one scoop of it. First I saw the girl set the scoop in a random non-dairy free ice cream while she was looking for the one I asked for. Then she scooped the ice cream. I asked again to make sure it was the dairy free one and she said no and dumped what she just scooped back into the container and started walking away from me. I then asked “Well what do you have that is dairy free” and she just responded “no” and walked to the other end of the counter to help the customer behind me in line. Not exactly sure why she seemed so mad at me. Furious at the customer service is an understatement.

FRAUD. Might want to be careful on who you hire at your place of business. Only reason I’m writing this review is b/c clearly she has done this before and will continue until someone stops her or the business gets sued.

Ordered a shake, asked me cash or card I said card. She kept the card machine on the other side of the counter near her. She took my card turned the machine towards her tapped it then gave me my card back. I felt that was odd so I asked for a receipt. I looked at the receipt and she gave herself a tip on my card lol. Rounded it to $14. I did NOT authorize that transaction. Watch the camera. 11/27/24 7:26 am. Be careful with this one.

I was charged twice for a sorbet and was told that the manager that could process the refund would be in the next day and that they would process it then, but I never received the refund. I tried calling and emailing but never got a response.

Ice creams decent but the service and attitude aren’t worth the visit. Quite unusual as Ben and Jerry’s is normally awesome.

Terrible! My husband and I ordered a banana split to share. Both of the staff members struggled to simply slice a banana in half. The ice cream flavors were not labeled in accordance with the tubs in the display freezers. Not to mention, both of the freezer cases were falling apart and not able to close properly, so the ice cream ended up melting very quickly. The hot fudge also was not even warm. So we watched the staff struggle to pump it out and when that didn't work, she took off her gloves and pulled the bag of cold, thick chocolate out of the machine and proceeded to squeeze it out like toothpaste.Very disappointing and surprising for such a popular branding of great ice cream!
