Food is perfect for a post workout meal. I got the chicken mixed bowl with extra chicken and it was super filling and a balanced meal. Probably should have got some extra sauce but otherwise adding it to my list of places to eat while I’m in Denver.

Drove out of our way to try Ben’s while passing through Denver. We ordered online. Pickup was fast and easy. Food fresh, tasty and ample. Restaurant appears to be a ghost kitchen. Somehow my teens knew about that concept. Interesting and not a problem. The chocolate cashew pudding was not as creamy as dairy pudding, but a good option for those avoiding dairy.
Ordered thru Door Dash. Born in GA. Some parts of the bowl are warm, and some parts are cold. When you put everything in the box, the dressing/cucumber gets warmer than it should. The food didn’t have a particular flavor that I was expecting to taste that made me recognize the restaurant. It tasted clean and healthy but I didn’t get the wow. At $26 for the bowl that I added avocado and walnuts to with one dressing, it felt a bit overpriced. I did eat everything, I just wasn’t so satisfied when I was done for some reason. Seems like a great healthy place with cool options. Professional packaging. Hot instead of cold dressing, low flavor and price were my complaints. 3 Star on the taste but the quality food and packaging push up to 4-Star. They can always improve flavor, seperate dressing and change price.

I ordered lunch through Door Dash today, this was our first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Garden bowl and was delivered a pork bowl. I am disappointed they cannot follow instructions. I still ate my pork bowl and it was pretty tasty but I really was looking forward to the Chicken Bowl :(

Ordered through DoorDash from them for the first time and food was fresh and very delicious. I told all of my coworkers about it. The bowl is a lot and I eat half yesterday and the other half today. Green smoothie is pretty good as well, and I get a side of chickpeas and potato to add on top of my ball.

Ben I need you to come back to Atlanta with me!! I ordered for the first time last night from Dior Dashé and it was soooo good. I was trying to save me some for today and well that didn't happen. ??So boom I doubled back just to make sure I wasn't tripping because the flavors were dancing on my tongue in my sleep. And I wasn't tripping at all. This is good, clean, light, tasty, healthy, "fast food." Clever by the way. ?I didn't feel sluggish at all when I was done eating and that pudding is ? uugghh!! I got extra chicken today and I'ma savor the flavor because I don't know when I'll be back. We need one of these in GA. Hint hint ?! 10/10 I recommend Ben!

the long and short if it is this place is smack-a-lackin. I've been a professional cook my whole life and this place struck me as genius. it seemed to solve so many frustrations and questions i had about the healthy restaurant industry. why is there no health food that's hot and/or incorporates meat? why are all these places so expensive despite cutting out the most expensive part (meat)? why are vegan/health food places so dang slow with such a short pickup time (cook time, for the layman)? why do health food places go so extreme on cutting out salt and why do they all have the same lame flavor profile apparently tailored to people who eat grass? this place has a really quick line, they make food that's well-balanced without doing crazy meatless garbage, and the stuff is cheap and tastes really good. not much more you could ask for.
I saw this place on DoorDash today so I figured I’d try it out. And OMG I inhaled my food it was so damn good. SO GOOD. And it was so fresh and clean and flavorful, the meat was so tender and juicy. And not crazy overpriced like most places. My new favorite place.

This is my first time eating here and I'm so impressed! My pork bowl was delicious! The sauce had good flavor and the spicy sauce had a nice kick too. Spouse got the chicken bowl and was raving too. Please come to San Diego, Ben!! Also: We had it delivered and everything was packaged well, with the sauce on the side so nothing was soggy.
