Can’t remember the last time I was so in love with bread. The sourdough is incredible. After talking to Abby, realized she HAND MIXES EVERY SINGLE LOAF! No mixer. Clearly the excellent flavor is from the amount of love put in each loaf. 10/10 best bread I’ve had in Colorado!

One slice and I almost passed out! OK, maybe a little dramatic but Abby is a true artist. The best bread that I've tasted since Paris or Quebec. Harder exterior and soft inside. Heavenly! I'll continue to buy until Abby stops baking. 10 out of 10!!!

The thing about Big Raven Bread isn’t just the plain old sourdough (which is still delicious), but the flavor combinations and the crumb of these breads/cookies are so unbelievable. I just devoured a garlic/rosemary sourdough focaccia muffin, say the ten times fast.
They do such a great job, nice people and a fabulous product. Must find in Denver!

Reddit led me to Big Raven as I was searching for great SF style sourdough. It’s a google form pickup situation (no brick and mortar) but very efficient. We got the sourdough, raisin bread, cookies and coffee cake. All of it was excellent. Our favorites were the raisin bread, perfect toasted with butter, and her chocolate chip cookies are also perfect, slightly crunchy with a chewy middle. Everything was good. Really rooting for this place! We will be back!

I ordered the sourdough and tumeric onion breads. At first, this was a simple solution to the problem of my usual bakery being closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but oh my... Big Raven is my go-to, now! I've lived in Denver for a few decades, missing East Coast bread, and this may be the best bread I've had since I moved here. I think the tumeric onion bread is for a limited time, but it is fantastic - so I'm excited to see the other "limited" flavors on offer in the future. The sourdough isn't too sour, which is a plus for me (I miss NY-style Portuguese bread). It's very easy to order online. Communication from the owner was excellent. Pick-up is simple, and there are a few ways to pay. Enjoy!

Abby makes legit incredible bread. We've had both the Country Loaf and the Focaccia, both were amazing and keep for quite a few days. Very fairly priced, you should absolutely try it.
