She sells from Cohesion brewery on Thursdays and I just picked up a loaf of country soar dough. This might be the fluffiest best bread I’ve ever had at least top 5. So yummy and delicious
Can’t remember the last time I was so in love with bread. The sourdough is incredible. After talking to Abby, realized she HAND MIXES EVERY SINGLE LOAF! No mixer. Clearly the excellent flavor is from the amount of love put in each loaf. 10/10 best bread I’ve had in Colorado!
One slice and I almost passed out! OK, maybe a little dramatic but Abby is a true artist. The best bread that I've tasted since Paris or Quebec. Harder exterior and soft inside. Heavenly! I'll continue to buy until Abby stops baking. 10 out of 10!!!
