Very impressed by both the food and wine. Had the prix fixe with bruschetta (incredibly diverse selectio), salmon (loved everything about it, creative presentation and delicious sauce), charcuterie (shared with bar patrons, created great conversation), and mango creme brulee (are you kidding me.) Wine pairings were on point. The Pinot Noir blew me away. For $99 and the quality and quantity of everything, this is a hell of a deal. Can't wait to try again with different combos. Service was also excellent, great women who knew how to carry a conversation and engage with the patrons. Couldn't have asked for a better dinner experience.
What a great find! The vibe of this restaurant was really fun for a pre-Globe Hall concert dinner with friends was relaxed and fun. The free glass of anniversary champagne was so sweet too. Our group of 8 enjoyed the private dining room and all of the shared flatbreads and small plates were really good!
Of the six wines, we had only two did we really like that much. The sparkling brute and the pinot noir were pretty good. The Chardonnay was tasty, but for an unoaked Chardonnay it had a surprising amount of vanilla note. something was pretty off about the reserve Cabernet. Really enjoyed the pork belly dish, the cashew purée on top really brought it together. The mushroom risotto was also pretty good, but my husband said they could've put some fresh herbs (parsley) in it to brighten it up a bit. There was a serious lack of vegetables adding some broccolini to the pork belly dish would help balance out the richness. We think our server must've been really new as he seemed pretty clueless about the food or wine, he needs a lot more training. He was also MIA after we sat down so it took forever to order wine and then he didn't come back for us to order food until I flagged him down. Even bringing the bill took a couple reminders. It was that busy, I think he's just a little flaky. Really enjoyed the decor and environment with the open air during the summer coming into the space. Overall it was a nice date night out.
I highly recommend Bigsby's for atmosphere and lovely wine offerings. I've been a member for years and I enjoy my monthly growler fill up. This trip was their 8th birthday and it was great fun!
We had such a great time at the anniversary event. Side dishes were delightful, although I remain skeptical of Oxtail at large, but overall the food experience was a bit lacking. Unfortunately there was either not enough pig for the guests, or too many guests for the amount of pig offered, and by halfway thru the dinner line most of it was gone. Jameson was a fantastic server, keeping the comedy flowing along with the wonderful drinks, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe of the evening.
Honestly, I always hate leaving a negative review. Positives - nice location, friendly staff, good wines, some food really delicious. Negatives - inattentive service for second half of dinner, some food undercooked, notified of last call for food and beverage with only five minutes notice (although we came for dinner and had only ordered appetizers at that time). The undercooked meals were not charged which was good but still left disappointed in our evening.
Had resy but waited at door for over 15 min when someone finally acknowledged our group of 8. Seated at a high top. Really really warm in restaurant. No air movement Sat at table for another 15 min before being acknowledged by waitress. Ordered wine Nice service on drinks. But way way too hot in restaurant. Very uncomfortable. Food was fine but service & temp made this made this a - not here again kind of place for our group.
Friendly staff, great vibe, and amazing food and wine. Owner personally came over to thank us for visiting and was sincere in his inquiry to find out how things were going in his establishment. 10/10 recommend!
Bigsby’s is such a gem. Awesome drinks, food, service, and the owner is so kind. I will definitely be back.
Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is nice.
Wine was good, but did not see any craft element and it was just the same, overpriced $15-18 as anywhere else, for nothing special.
What was really bad was the food. The charcuterie board had the most bland and non descriptive cheese I’ve ever had at a restaurant and the bread was stale. Sausage not good or fresh either. Would have been better to buy at king Soopers.
Very disappointing for the price point and for what it could be.

The staff are very kind but we did find our server left without a heads up so it took us a minute to figure out who to tell that we hadn’t paid our bill yet.
Lavender kiss: 10/10 (very flavorful without being overpowering)
Espresso martini: 7/10
Bananas foster old fashioned shot: 4/10 (it was really smooth but there wasn’t much flavor outside of the whiskey)
Tequila Honey Bee: 8/10 (perfect for all the tequila lovers)
Great space for larger parties, not a fan of any of the wine. Being from California's wine country these wines were mediocre at best. Would go back for a cocktail and maybe a few bites to eat but not for the wine.
We are so happy we stumbled on this place! Everythinggg was so delicious, we loved sharing small plates! Lou was our server and was just the nicest and super helpful and friendly. Will recommend to everyone!
My gosh this place is incredible! The atmosphere is just fun, and the wine - holy cow the wine! Delicious. I loved every one I tasted. We did the wine and food pairing and the small bites went beautifully with each pour and were so so so good. I cannot express how good it was. 10 stra if I could. Go immediately!
The brunch was delicious! We love Bigsby's but had never been at brunch time. Within our group it was unanimous that this was the best brunch we've had in a while. Our server was the best, very attentive and super nice. We had a terrific experience.
