Birdcall in RiNo is a regular for us because their food and service is overall good, however today we went to this establishment near Denver Health, and the service was absolutely above and beyond. My daughter is nonverbal level 3 autistic and has a difficult time communicating, especially in public, and she made a bit of a disturbance today. Unfortunately there’s only a few effective ways to handle this, and we felt we were making things uncomfortable for others so after ordering we went outside. I’m not sure if the service person who followed us out did so coincidentally, or because he was worried I would be too harsh with my daughter(either way, I appreciate it), but he approached us after her behavior was under control multiple times to offer us any possible accommodations for her. As a single parent with 2 great kids, 1 with special needs, I appreciate the effort in his courtesies so much and it just blessed us all that he went above and beyond. It takes a village to raise kids, and this particular location is now considered part of our village! I regret not getting the service person’s name for a shoutout.

I want to shoutout Johan who is here providing top notch service. I appreciated his working with us to get our celiac friendly order in right as he was working on closing the store at 10.
Again, we appreciate the kindness and service he gave us. He was changing out trash bags and putting tables up to mop while our food was coming out.

Really solid chicken sandwich! I appreciate the variety of beverage options. It did feel weird that there was little to no human interaction, so it is hard to offer a high rating of service because we were served our food through a wooden box.

Hey birdcall why did I pay $10 for a slider size regular sandwich when I could’ve gotten a slider, 2 tenders and a side for $10. I feel robbed.
tots and loaded tots are amazing, but not sure about the hype for the heavily breaded chicken. GF tenders were so so. Service? Ordered on a kiosk, but they did hand me my food when I walked up to the counter. Likely won't be back
