Birdcall - All Natural Chicken

I've been a pretty loyal customer for a couple years. I live on top of one of their restaurants unfortunately. But I had a horrible experience. The counters are frequently heavily soiled. The general manager likes to give me coupons which I appreciate because I'm a loyal customer. I can pay for an above price market rate beer but when an employee doesn't understand how to apply a discount coupon, I don't have any room for this in my life.

In town for the weekend, staying at the Hilton downtown off Chestnut Place. I decided to grab something quick and easy. The high ratings on the internet and the pictures of the menu intrigued me. It’s located inside the Whole Foods. I ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich, the Famous Tater Tots and a Banana Crème Pie Milkshake. I was not impressed. The chicken sandwich was small, and tasted like it had been under the light for a while. The Famous Tater Tots were okay, but the portion size was small in my opinion based on price. The milkshake comes in one size (a kid’s small). The total meal ended up being $19.76.

I have been to birdcall a few times, reluctantly, until I tried the nashville hot tenders. Bomb! Ate them twice in the last week. The 5 piece is substantial, and the 7 piece is almost too much. These tenders bring the heat if you like it spicy!

It’s unbelievable how rarely this specific location actually gets our order correct. We go here out of convenience based on the location but every single time something is wrong or missing. I just paid $15 for a salad for it to have like 5 pieces of romaine total and completely forgot the chicken. This has happened several times. Such a bummer.

Ask for extra sauce if you get the Chicken Parm special. Service is quality, food came out fast.

Workers there are rude to the employees who don’t speak English unprofessional 100%👎🏽

They are rude to customers I seen a roach on the wall and are racist and the food was nasty
