Birdcall - All Natural Chicken

Questionable cleanliness. Dirty tables unattended. Requested cleaning, staff would use one rag to clean the trash can then use the same rag to wipe down all other tables and seatings.

Place is alright. Really no complaints but nothing special. Go inside don't go through the drive through.

Every staff member I've encountered is consistently friendly and helpful. Paul, in particular, is such a ray of sunshine. Stopping by this Birdcall location and grabbing one of their new dirty sodas always makes my day.

Food is terrible. This is the third time in a row that I've received nuggets or strips that are so overcooked that they were literally inedible. Not sure what happened to this restaurant but the quality has tanked. Many other chicken options close by - any of them including the fast food giants are better than Birdcall

What happened to the quality at Birdcall? It's noticeably worse every time I come in.
My recent experience with the chicken nuggets was terrible—they were tough and so chewy I couldn't finish the 10-piece order. It also seems like you might need to change your fryer oil more often; the food had a stale, low-quality taste as a result.

This is a great location. The food is always fresh and cooked well. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The inside and outside are super clean and the bathroom is as well. Which as an Uber driver I REALLY APPRECIATE. Once my car battery died right at close and Jennifer was so sweet and let me wait inside until my help arrived. Every time I stop in here she greets me with a smile and a kind word. She goes a ove and beyond for all the customer. I hope she gets a stake in tbe profits here because she deserves every penny!!! PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE!!! 😊👍👌💯

Love this place and cant recomend it enough. I hit the drive thru a couple times a month, sometimes more.
Jennifer is the best fast casual food employee I have ever seen.
She is always courteous, thoughtful, professional, communicative, fast, genuine, and makes me smile.
My dog usually barks at fast food windows, but he loves her and knows if he behaves he'll get a treat.
As a long time service industry employee and manager I am always very impressed by this store and their employees.
Just wish that they would put the coconut soda back on the menu! Not a single other complaint.

The most overrated chicken I have ever had.

I want this place to succeed, but it has really been going downhill. I’ve had birdcall a couple of years ago, and decided to give it another try. Still bad. It’s just not good, and I really don’t know how to say it otherwise, but the nuggets are way too overcooked, the tots are so greasy, and overall I just don’t know what happened. Not to mention how we waited in the drive through for a Nashville chicken sandwich, a couple nuggets, and some tater tots. It took so long we had to go into the parking lot and wait another 10 minutes for our food to finally arrive. You can maybe see how I am a bit disappointed. I don’t like giving places bad reviews, but I felt I had too just to give some honest feedback.

I come here almost everyday i forget to bring lunch to work, it’s always fresh and great quality. Everyone at this location is so kind!
