Cute restaurant. The seating is extremely limited. The food was delicious though. Excellent Buffalo chicken sandwich.

The chicken and salads are excellent here, but if you're, say, over 60, expect to get backed into a virtual corner at least once using the screen-based ordering system. Just don't let screaming at a robot ruin a good meal.

Been coming here for years and this place has gone downhill in the last year. We are frequent regulars and our orders are consistently messed up; food missing, wrong sauce, wrong item, etc.
It’s clear that the level of care has been diminished as the company has grown which is sad to see. It never seems like anyone behind that counter actually cares. We are rooting for you to do better!

First time. Disappointing. Drove 20 mins for take-out, when there are plenty of chicken places much closer, because their advertising emphasized fresh, healthy, tasty chicken. Got home with my order and -- stupid me, I should have checked at the restaurant -- a main course was missing. Called to alert them. All they offered was a refund for that item, no offer to have one delivered, no other consideration offered for the inconvenience. Just the refund from a woman who seemed annoyed I was calling. And oh by the way could take 3 days to show up. It took no time to charge my card for the meal, before I even picked it up. But a refund for the item they carelessly left out will take days to arrive. :/ That left us with a sandwich to try. The bread bun was not fresh. The chicken was dry, and any specialness the restaurant claims its chicken possesses was absent. It tasted like any old chicken breast I could have baked or sauted at home. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant, despite being dinnertime on a Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if all the ingredients had been sitting around longer than is ideal.

Maybe if you're a college student and don't know what to expect from restaurants. . .
But zero service, have to order on the screen.
Ice was out in the soda machine
All the tables were dirty, who ever closed last night. We were there right when it opened.
Chicken was dry and let's just say the digestion wasn't great.
Needs competent management, who can train, to start with the small things.
Greeting as customers walk in
Offering to take an order
Cleaning the tables off
Ensuring the ice is filled
If they can't/don't do the basics, I don't expect they know proper food handling /cross contamination ( handling raw chicken ) hands, surfaces, utensils.
Proper temperatures
Etc. . . . . . .
WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN

Alright. I’m sharing. Have had several issues at this location but decided not to say something. Tonight my partner picked up meals for 5 and 3 out of 5 orders were wrong. She had to drive back and they fixed the order and actually gave her some gift cards totaling $75. Which is very generous. HOWEVER, this is the SECOND time I have had big long black curly hairs in my food from this location. Will not be returning. So not only have we had to pick up the food twice. Now I have nothing to eat. And none else is very inclined to finish theirs either.
I hate birdcall. To begin, the only reason I came here was because my brothers at chick fil a needed a day of rest. the food was terrible. I tried to place my order at one of the dumb iPads but it kept glitching out and messing with my order. It forced me to get the “meal combo” which was just an elaborate ploy to make me spend more money. Before I finished my order the iPad glitched out and crashed so I had to start my order all over again. Not only this, after the incompetent worker pronounced my name wrong, I eagerly opened my box to the wrong chicken sandwich. The “tractor” drinks were terrible and the chicken was dry. Also, what kind of name is “Birdcall”? Terrible service led to a horrendous experience. Absolutely ruins 2025. Thanks a lot Birdcall
Vegetarian options: No vegan food. Only meat
Dietary restrictions: Was not vegan as advertised
Parking: Birds roamed the parking lot due to the birdcall siren
Kid-friendliness: Terrible. Do not bring your child on the premises. Birdcall employees are extra devious

First time trying this place. I like chicken so went to go get chicken.
Walked up to the ipad thing to order and it wanted my card before I even looked at the menu. Like come on I can’t even look at the menu before you take my card information.
It didn’t even work. The staff had to grab a different iPad for it and proceeded to blamed it on me for not having money on the CC which when I asked her to try it again on the other iPad it worked instantly.
But like why you got announce to the whole place that there’s no money on my card and then as soon as you try it on a different device, it immediately works.
Seems like a very abrasive person.
Poor service bad POS system.

We really enjoyed our visit! We went during their recent 12 days deals, so it was pretty busy. We did dine in the small dining room, probably 16 chairs or so. It was packed, but clean. You order at an iPad, or by phone and pick up your order from a window. The Bird Box was delicious, and I love that you can get all the sauces! Would recommend the Lux slider and tater tots 😋

Stop offering a drive through option. From order to when I left for food it was 20 minutes. That’s insane. And there was only one person in from of me. NO REASON it should take that long.

This is easily some of the worst food I’ve had. The chicken was small, dry, and hard. The coleslaw had minimal dressing and tasted off. The tots tasted like they were cooked in old grease and were soggy. I had to crisp them up in the air fryer. The dipping sauce was good, but that’s it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not return.

Just No. I liked the food, it was OK but everything else ruined it for us. There is no service, so I can't rate that. I'm not gonna knock wokeness but this was too much and made it very uncomfortable for the kids and myself. It seemed they had an open door policy with the homeless who would just walk in, fill up a dirty bottle with lemonade and sit down at all the tables taking up seats for those that paid and needed a seat. Then sit there and stare at us while eating. It made us feel terrible, uncomfortable and the kids wanted to leave. That with the odors made us just pack up and go.
