Birdcall - All Natural Chicken

Food is fine, nothing special at all but certainly not bad. But the price is outrageous. $17.50 for one chicken salad is absolute insanity. No drink, no side, only “add-on” was 1 extra dressing. Definitely won’t be back.

Zero stars !!!! Black young lady that works at the window is extremely rude. She didn’t tell me my total, didn’t give me my receipt and was using lots of profanity with me. She snatched the money from me and threw the change at me. I believe her name is Niaya. She has teeth gems on her teeth and an extreme potty mouth. She should be written up for her behavior and maybe she should go find a job that makes her happy. She doesn’t know what anyone is going through and for her to treat me the way she did today it is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will never come eat here again, as long as she is working here. Such a nice beautiful business shouldn’t have someone working there with such an ugly, horrible attitude. Her customer service skills are beyond horrible. I truly am appalled at her monstrous behavior today. Please speak with her about her actions, it was very uncalled for the way she acted. Niaya is a horrible worker.

Love this Birdcall, staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone who works here is so friendly and extremely kind. Very helpful whenever I asked a question. Will definitely keep returning to this specific location 😊

We've been to a few other Birdcalls in the area but this one by far is the best. The one standout star employee was a girl named Jennifer. She was the kindest and most honest employee at a fast food place that we've ever met. I could only hope that we run into more employees like her at Birdcall. I would have been able to give you five stars on the food but I cannot believe that a salad at a chicken place didn't come with chicken tenders to put in the salad. I think the people that own the restaurant should recommend at least including one or two chicken strips with each salad. I thought that was standard at a chicken place so my wife ordered a salad. The salad was good but having a couple of pieces of chicken on it would have made it top notch.

Milkshake was $8 after tax and was over 50% air.. really disappointing. Chik fil a milkshakes are wayyy better

Slow line but the sandwich was freaking delicious. The Cesar chicken sandwich is my favorite, that Parmesan crisp is just so good.

Absolutely lovvveee Birdcall! Jennifer is the best employee (should be manager if not already)!!! Super great healthy options if you are on a diet! Love the grilled chicken sandwiches!!
P.S. they need to bring back the sesame vinaigrette and the Mikes Honey Hot Sandwich they were to die for!!
Anyways hands down one of the best fast food chicken sandwiches!!

Questionable cleanliness. Dirty tables unattended. Requested cleaning, staff would use one rag to clean the trash can then use the same rag to wipe down all other tables and seatings.

Place is alright. Really no complaints but nothing special. Go inside don't go through the drive through.

Every staff member I've encountered is consistently friendly and helpful. Paul, in particular, is such a ray of sunshine. Stopping by this Birdcall location and grabbing one of their new dirty sodas always makes my day.
