This review is a shout out for an amazing employee at this location, Paul! Mid workday, I was craving their delicious french fries and ranch dressing… Paul was kind enough to take care of me and as a pregnant, hormonal woman… His act of kindness made me emotional! Appreciate stellar customer Service and he is the epitome of that.
We love this place and go at least once a week. The staff is wonderful, especially Paul who always take extra special care of us! Great food and atmosphere with great options for kids.
I was obssed with Birdcall when they first opened, good food, clean, friendly service. Over the years, it has been opened they have gone downhill, in my opinion. The space is not as clean. They advertise tractor soda, but it's always out or broken. Last night, I was told we dont have it anymore, just the juice, the mango one is similar to the blood orange soda, um no mango and orange are very different and juice is very different than soda.
